Can’t fault these towels and great customer service
Towels are great quality and design - very lightweight, quick drying and cute! Customer service is also fantastic, super responsive and very helpful.

Honestly so obsessed with these towels (I own 4 now!) and I don’t have a bad word to say about them. The entire process from shopping to delivery to the product itself is always seamless and I’ve never had any issues at all. As a big traveller, I particularly love that they can be folded up super small making them easy to pack with me. It also helps that they dry so quick that when I’m moving between places frequently, I don’t have to worry about packing a wet and soggy towel with me. Would definitely recommend!

I received no support from customer…
I received no support from customer service team when I wrote a message regarding the delayed parcel that has no update. The parcel is yet to come at this moment while I really want to use it for upcoming holiday. Frustrated!

I am really sorry you had this experience and felt unsupported. That is never what we want for our customers.
As discussed, your order has now been delivered, and delivery fee refunded as an apology. I did locate your email after seeing this review and replied to you directly. Your order was dispatched the same day it was placed, however it looks like there was an unexpected delay with the courier while it was in transit. I completely understand how frustrating that is, especially when you are preparing for a holiday.
The order has now been delivered today, yay! I have also refunded your delivery fee as an apology for both the delay and for missing your original email, as we normally respond within one business day and pride myself on delivering great customer service, we dropped the ball here and i'm sorry.

Best towel ive ever bought…
Bought myself and my partner 2 of these while travelling earlier in the year and omg were they an apsolute God send!!
The hidden sand free pocket for my phone and keys when we were off surfing! The pegs stopping the towel randomly flick itself and sand on you like a regular towel does with a slight gust of wind. And the length of it meaning the bottom your legs aren't covered in sand when you flip over to tan.
Even great for drying off and the sand falls straight off of them. Super light and packs up small too into a handy bag taking next to no room in my suitcase or tote bag for the beach
Only thing I could even possibly fault it for is I managed to loose a peg... but they even thought of that as you can buy spare pegs for ridiculously cheap 😱

Never got my order since dec 10th
Never got my order since dec 10th. It's been a month, and no one has responded to my email about it. And they have the audacity to ask for a review so here's one.

Hi Anie,
As discussed via email, this order has now been refunded.
Just to clarify, we did reply to your original email the following day and began investigating straight away. Unfortunately, due to an error at our warehouse, the order was sent via the wrong carrier, which could not deliver to a PO box. And communication breakdown meant that we did not get told and therefore could not fix this faster, Because of that delay, the parcel did not reach you in a reasonable timeframe, and that is on us.
I take full responsibility for the mistake and I am genuinely sorry for the experience. It is not the level of service I aim to deliver, and while I am not perfect, I do take feedback seriously and use it to improve my small business.
