I'm a new customer and the all around experience has been positive, normal bumps but everyone worked with me until everything was going great 👍 Steve Wilson went all out to get the service correct and running great, it went very fast as he walked me thru resetting the modem and made sure we were up and running great. All out 5 Stars. Very happy with the service.

Tech support worker Mark Wood was able to get my internet up and running after having start up issues.

I was a customer for over two years and used the service for use in our RV. It is very difficult to get a live body to answer the phone and take care of small problems. I have to pay a $400 membership fee to join, and then purchase my modem. You cannot pause and unpause anytime you wish. You cannot pause service for longer than six months and you cannot pause for longer than three months. I wish I never would have used them. I had to return the modem I purchased when I cancelled to avoid being charged an additional $199.95 modem replacement fee.

I was having problems with my Nomad Internet Router for a couple of months and was unable to get in touch with anyone at Nomad Internet, either through their phone lines or the internet. I finally reached a customer service representative through the live chat. His name was Andrew James. I give Andrew James 5 stars because he was invaluable and spent a lot of time with me until he resolved all my problems and got my internet up and running. I’m so thankful I got connected with him; he’s outstanding!

Andrew James came through and made some tweeks to my modem to get it oerating correctly. Really appreciate the effort to not give up until the internet was working properly!

I was having trouble activating my router, can’t never call to customer support so I’ve always have to live chat with someone to get my problem fixed. I’ve chatted with about 4 different people and was ready to just send everything back because I was just irritated from all the hours of wasted time I couldn’t get back until I got connected with Andrew James, I would give him 5 stars because he was very helpful and got my internet up and running. I finally reached someone at nomad too cancelled my service as we went with a different provider. Logan was the representative that helped me and offered all options though I still choose to cancel. He was very professional and very helpful!
