I purchased a 50 by 150cm Peel and Stick Mirror Wall Tile for my wife, and after long-delayed delivery received a product that is worthless. The mirror surface looks like a funhouse-distorted mirror and it curls after being installed. Deceptive advertising at its worst!

The otder was ok but their customer service stinks i will never order from them again i mistakenly ordered the 3 pack and the minute i ordered i emailed them never heard back from them untill it was shipped thus was my 2nd order from them my first order took forever to get i learned my lesson

I started to place the order and changed my mind. At least I thought I had stopped the process. I received an email stating that order had gone through. I sent them an email within minutes to cancel the order. Nothing happened, no response. Now I have a product I do not want. Their website is very deceptive and at the end always trying to add more to the order, over and over again.

Unbelievable how people can give good reviews. This product is a scam. I purchased 3 units and it scratched my brand new Denali. I'm extremely upset at this scam. I should have known better. I tried to leave comment on their page and again it was a scam. All fake comments. Buyer beware.

I would give 0 or negative if possible. The falsely advertise their items. After ourcashe you do not get confirmation, tracking just that it was charged on your card immediately. There is no customer service number to call only email that they do not respond to until you give a threat. I cancelleded the oder immediately once I saw the charge and no confirmation. They did not answer 4 emails. I threatened bad reviews and they responded with they never received any previous emails (though it was a full string of them) and that it was too late I had to wait to receive amd then return, mind you it had not shipped and still no confirmation email. I continued to contact because I wanted a refund, I did not order crap from China it was false advertisement and lies they blocked my email. I had to contact with a different email, took a month to receive finally they answered with return info and want me to send back to Australia with tracking which will cost 200. It came from China costs like 10 bucks its so cheap charged me 79 but want me to pay 200 to send to Australia for no reason and they have a location in the US. Not to mention they will charge a restocking fee. The lied, misled, stole, committed fraud. I will not let this go and they are now threatening me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have never rec'd my order. Elec Nail trimmers for old people. Ordered in Dec. 2025. Supposedly was delivered March 2, 2026.Unable to get ANY response. Have e-mailed multiple times and texted. Filled out their customer service form. No phone number that I can find. No response at all. I'm out $. Possibly out of business?

I received the wrong product.My order# 481375
was for a nail trimmer-but I received a finger nail grinder.
Order was received on Apr.2/26.

I finally received the nail trimmers. Not only did I not receive what I ordered; they did not work. The fine grit disks did not trim the nails; only smoothed them, they caused the nails to heat up to the point of pain. I expected the trimmer that appeared to have a mechanical nail trimmer.

On 3/18 I placed an order, but mistakenly pushed 2 items instead of just 1. I immediately sent them an email requesting one of the items be canceled. I never received a response. Of course, the next day I received a notification that both items were shipped. I received them both about 2 weeks later. My payment hit my bank on 4/17. Per their website, I have sent probably 5 or 6 emails asking how to return and get a refund. It's been over a month now and I STILL have not received a response. On their website, they state that emails are usually answered within 24 to 48 hours! That is SO incorrect! I have searched and searched for a phone number, but I haven't been able to find one! I would highly NOT recommend this company. If I could give a zero rating, i would. I'm only out about $50.00, but it's the principle!
