I've emailed customer service 3 times and had no reply, completely ignored.
Over priced products. Cheap quality.
Late delivery, no updates.

Waste of time and money!

I am compiling a dossier on all these Nola Companies to take to fraud.
Please make sure you lodge complaints and enact request to dispute payment if you used your credit card.

I had made a purchase 10 days ago. I attempted to cancel the order after 5 days as I realised how far away the order was coming from. It took 4 more days to receive a response and after 10 days I have further status on the order as it look like they have nothing to ship.
There response did not include any update on shipping and they made a strong point about their shipping dates but it has now exceeded their shipping dates and still they have failed to give an update on the product! I knew straight away that if if was not going to be shipped by the 5th day, it was not going to. I buy everything on line and a company will almost ship by the next day. It has been 10 days for a set of little earings! Do not purchase, you probably will not get your order and by the looks of the other reviews, they will be of not good quality.

Ordered a set of 6 earings for my daughter inlaw. The order took 12 days to arrive and then went to incorrect address. That was courier fault. After retrieving the order on 5 of 6 pairs were in the sealed package. Complained to nola moon getting nowhere. They want the in and out of a ducks arse before any recompense. No way am I sending them back the rubbish they sent me for them to not send a proper set of 6 and spend money on postage. They got away with it this time like many others I am sure.

I made my second order this time the ATHENA set the gold plated triple set of Earrings- had them 1 month & the Gold Platings completely worn off on 1 pair out the set so now their mismatching colours- customer service said this isn’t counted in the 1 year Warranty?! And blamed it on too much water or ph of skin?! Offered me 30% off buying a new set. Really disappointed as this was my second Order & though they would honour their own fault.

Poor quality jewellery, customer service don't even reply to emails.

Nothing about this is handmade. The images of Nola McKenzie are AI generated. These products are mass produced and can be found on sites such as AliBaba and Temu.

Purchased 2 pairs. One of the sets were faulty. Contacted 3 times via website, no reply. Emailed numerous times, finally got replies but ended with person replying being extreamly rude to me because I was angry with the bad service. Finally refunded one pair at least 6 weeks later. Now 2nd pair have lost their colour. Website says they have a warranty but doesn't say what it covers. Contacted twice again over a 2 week period and still no reply. Dodgy company, awful quality and service. Don't buy!

Would rate 0 if I could. Parcel got delivered to the wrong address, they wouldn't resend the package when they got the address wrong. Delivery company couldn't help. Contacted customer services and they replied twice and then have since been ignoring my emails. Feels like a scam, do not order from them unless you want to be out of pocket and receive no jewellry.

Do not buy from here. For over a month I tried to contact customer service. I was sent the wrong earring package and one of the sets came broken. Initially they responded and they were sent video and photo evidence as requested. Upon saying they would provide a refund, they never did. That was a month ago, so this evening I went on their FB page to comment on a post and ask why they weren’t replying to customer service emails. It should have been a red flag they have no Messenger service on FB, and no posts or reviews, also no IG account. I was immediately blocked from the page - so clearly customer service is paying attention and online, just not to their customers who have spent money.

I ordered a set of earrings for my daughter as a Christmas present in November. The order was delivered however to a wrong address. I tried to find where the delivery was made via my local postal service but they could not help. I emailed Nola-Moon who said according to their policy they do not refund for lost deliveries and could send a replacement. This was the 19th December, I confirmed that though it was disappointing that they do not refund I would accept the replacement order. I am still waiting and it is now mid February. I have reached out to Nola-Moon and all emails are now being ignored. AVOID!!!!!

Absolutely shocking.

Earring was damaged in packaging and then when emailing the company they sent a really rude email back and now won’t reply to any of my emails!

The earrings are way too small and can’t even open them up to get them on! Please feel free to get in touch and I am extremely unhappy about this company and its customer service, order number 30473

No tracking at all. So I had no idea when they were coming. They were delivered to the wrong house. If my neighbour hadn’t brought them to the correct house I’d have never known. They’ve now turned my ears green. Mad I spent so much money just for green ears and now green earrings. DONT BUYyy

Poor customer service as I received two left earrings not happy and haven’t answered my question re replacement or refund and got this response!
Please note the Thalia double hoops are designed to be asymmetrical, which is part of their unique style, as mentioned on the product page. They are not mirror images. I have never purchased a pair ofvearrrings that don’t mirror and it doesn’t say this on website total waste of money so won’t be buying again for that price. Whatever happened to customer is always right?! I’d like the right earring!

I ordered earrings on 28 Nov for a Christmas present. I sent numerous emails and they either didn’t reply or stated that instead of 7 days for delivery, it was now 21 days. On the 24 Dec I requested a refund as I had to purchase another Christmas gift.
The order arrived 9 Jan (52 days later). As I no longer wanted the earrings I ask for return details. No response!!
Would not even give this a 1 star

All items were great quality! Surprising for the price. My only complain is that the delivery takes quite a long time, and the 3 items I ordered arrived in two separate shipments.

Earrings look cheap when they arrive and they don’t respond to emails asking for refund. Buyer beware!
