Highly recommend these shots. I'm on my second batch and they are so convenient and super nutritious. Knowing I get all the health benefits from these two little shots is a game changer for me. I take mine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as I find that works best for me. I take the beetroot one first, then the wheatgrass. Definitely worth the investment for your health. Started on 1 of each of these shots daily about 3 weeks ago and I can't believe the difference in my energy. I'm 72 and have some aches and all have eased and overall just feel so good compared to how I did. I mostly like that I know what's in the shots and that they're organic so not taking anything bad. Highly recommend!

Positives were: Packaging looks well and postage was quick.

However! I've experienced some adverse effects from the "no-hurt-no-harm wheatgrass juice consumption", over the last 3 days since I got the product delivered. I've been getting stomach discomfort, and increased acidity coming up my neck (which I don't normally experience or suffer from). I know, wheatgrass is high in fiber, maybe it's aggravating my stomach & causing digestive issues, including a lot of acidity and burping.

I see online, the comments about scientific research on the specific effects of wheatgrass juice on acidity being limited, and often inconclusive. While some people may find relief from acidity symptoms after consuming a little wheatgrass, others may not experience any noticeable improvement or may even have bad adverse reactions.

So, I'm not sure if its the wheatgrass itself, maybe bad bacteria or the presentive used to keep it in the bottle for the 6 months. Either way, I'll have to stop drinking it now, as No hurt No Harm, has been the complete opposite for me (Hurt and Harm).

I did also buy a tray of the "broccoli & beetroot juice" as well, I haven't started that one yet and to be honest, I'm not sure I will, in case it's the presentive used in the wheatgrass juice bottle, which is causing the acid build up.

I was really hoping I would feel positive energy health benefits, but! honestly, be very careful about drinking these juices, in case you have any issues too.

As I just feel somewhat hard done by, out of pocket (as it cost €70 after a discount), unwell (I'll have to get something in the chemist today) and skeptical now about the whole offering, if I'm being honest.

There's always a hint of skepticism when something pops up for sale on your Facebook newsfeed but this time I'm so glad I decided to give No Hurt No Harm a go ! Within a short length of time using both shots daily, I've seen a massive improvement in energy levels. It's quite remarkable the difference. Do yourself a favour and give these supplements a go.

I have so many reasons for starting to take the wheatgrass and beetroot shots a number of months ago. Excellent benefits can really see the change in my health

I take both the shots. Wheatgrass juice and broccoli sprout and beetroot juice. I only noticed what they were actually doing for me when I stopped taking them. Was tired again, getting sore throats etc. I went back on them and within a week I swear to God my energy was back and felt brilliant. I genuinely recommend these to everyone I know who doesn’t feel 100% as I know they’re so clean and 100% organic so nothing bad in them.
