Node was left to be deregistered on day-1. Absolutely no response when asked for help and guidance whlie the node was down.

While our deregistration rate is extremely low (2 in 1000 Beldex nodes), we compensate even the lost rewards during deregistration period and also apply an extra month of free hosting. So you don't lose anything if your node is deregistered. We always compensate full rewards.

Hey there 👋
About 2 weeks ago you contacted us for a $1 deposit you made to your NodeHub deposit address claiming that it didn’t arrive in your account.
After investigating we indeed found an issue in our system that cause your deposit not get credited to your account and we immediately granted your account with $5 free credits as a compensation for your missing $1 deposit.
After 2 weeks we’ve also fixed the underlying issue in our system and that also processed your previous payment which credited your account with $1.
So now you have a total of $6 in your account for your $1 deposit.
We tried to explain this to you many times but for some reason you didn’t understand that we gave you $5 for your $1 deposit. That’s 5x more money than your original deposit that we gave you plus you also got your original $1 deposit on top of the free $5 we gave you.
We appreciate if you read this response of ours very thoroughly and delete your review accordingly since it’s a false review for an event that didn’t happen at all.
