BEWARE !! THIS IS THE WORST DIABETIC SHOE SERVICE OUT THERE! These ppl all lie and nobody knows what the others are doing. They have to read what happend last time you called to keep the lie alive. 3 months for shoes that are just crap shoes! WALMART SELLS BETTER SHOES! CALLED INS COMPANY TO STOP PAYMENT !

Ordered shoes from a fitter representing no cost Shoes in early December. Fitter did not bother to measure my feet but assured me the shoe I ordered would fit. Shoes arrived too small and had to be sent back. An order for a replacement was made but according to the fitter, the shoes were not shipped with inserts. Finally learned this the day after Christmas as was told by fitter that shoes and inserts had to to delivered to me together. Called No Cost Shoes reps. in Florida in hope that they could expedite order so that they could be covered by my Medicare benefit for 2019 but when contacting fitter and telling him I had contacted No Cost Shoes customer service, he became rude and told me he ''DID NOT APPRECIATE ME CONTACTING HIS OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE'' even thought I could not get an answer from him before doing do. Shoes were never delivered by end of year and my Medicare benefit was forfeited for the 2019 year. Customer service could only say they were sorry. Sad, will not deal with No Cost Shoes again.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with concerning diabetic shoes.. Can't EVER seem to get a hold of someone. Wondering if this is some type of scam?????

I have not heard from any one about my shoes in3 months. I would like to find out where my shoes are I called and gave my new address which is 5119 Downy Ln apt 204 Henrico VA 23228

Don't use the husband and wife fitters from VA. They come unannounced. Lied to me about shipping and had me sign under duress for a shoes to this date 7/11/2014 I've yet to receive. The shoe selection is excellent which is why I'm still with them. I have since moved to another state and I hope I have a fitter who is professional and punctual.

Service was excellent and the comfort and fit was surpurb

This company was very thorough in making sure I got the exact fitting for my foot and that I was completely satisfied.

No one called or emailed to tell me my order would be late. Despite several telephone calls, no one came out to fit my shoes. I finally took the hint after several weeks and started to wear them. I got the bill from Medicare, and for what you are getting paid, your service should be better. This is my second pair of shoes from this company, and compared to the first time, this was a disappointment.

I've never be subjected to such professionalism, sincerity and trust as I have been for the past two years with Quantum.
They genuinely are concerned with their customers needs-especially for us diabetics.
The products that they offer are above and beyond "good". I feel very safe now as a diabetic because of their products.
They front office and people that visit you at home are very kind, understanding and go out of their way to help.

You are asking me about shoes from a year ago? They are good shoes but my feet were never measured or anything and it took forever to get them

the shoes are very well made and very durable. also, they are comfortable once you have worn them a while.

Simply not a good shoe . The immerses were to big for the shoes

I like getting new shoes each year cause I cant afford to buy any each year. It helps keep my feet in shape and do'nt ache as much ;with good shoes to wear.

She came over and fitted me and offered suggestions. She was very easy to talk to.

I was called by a representative to make an appointment for my shoes. I felt as though there was no pressure and I was in total control of the experience, which is what a customer like myself wants. I set a day and I get a call to see if it is okay for me and it is. The representative comes to my house and calls on the way to make sure its okay for me. The representative comes to my residence with the tools of the trade to measure my feet and get an imprint and I have already looked in the catalog and picked the shoe I am interested in and another shoe in case the first choice is not available. When my shoes arrive the procedure is completed again leaving me the customer completely in control with no pressure. I like things done correctly and simple.

you should try it, the guy comes measures your feet and then you show him what shoes you want from the catalog he does the ordering and he brings you the shoes and you try them on and makes sure they fit properly...

Shoes are wonderful the salesperson was less desirable and do not wish to have him return
