I ordered an item it has been 8 days…

I ordered an item it has been 8 days with no response on delivery been emailing them with no update and not helping on ig.. i have asked multiple times for updates or tracking! This must be some sort of scam .. i have never delt with any company like this trying to get order canceled

Hi Erica, I personally looked into this issue. We have not received any communication. Kindly forward this to founder@noblesseoblige-lingerie.co.uk and I will immediately revert. I spoke to the logistics team (they are closed Saturday and Sunday) and I know you order was processed and dropped off at our local DHL point. I also personally replied to your instagram message. As the order is already on the way, we will be able to action a refund once you have received the goods and sent them back to us. My cell is 0031643476407 should you need to get hold of me. I received the wrong order however, After I got in contact with the company they were able to fix it very quickly. I really appreciate the response and quickness to get me my correct order and look forward to receiving it

Eind goed al goed

5 november besteld, 3 dagen later en ondanks beloften op de site nog steeds niks onderweg. Op een mail wordt niet gereageerd en ze hebben geen telefoon. Betalen via Ideal onmogelijk, alleen creditcard lukte.

Update: artikelen op 7 november met DHL meegegeven. Daarvan geen melding gekregen en dus ook geen reactie op mijn mail. Plus de status is niet bijgewerkt op de site. Dan word je wel zenuwachtig. Maar uiteindelijk alles goed gegaan en tevreden met het geleverde!

A total scam

The lingerie looks beautiful online. I paid them £147 on the 5 September and have received nothing. I have written to them 3 times giving my order details and asking what is happening with the order. There has been no communication at all. So, over 6 weeks later I have no idea if I will ever see the items I have purchased, or get a refund. Beware of this company.

A little slow at first but excellent service

There was a delay in confirming my order initially, DHL problem in Netherlands. The team at Nobelese were a little slow in communicating initially, but they did follow up consistently. Delivery was changed to UPS who consequently reported the item lost. A replacement was shipped and arrived quickly and efficiently, thank you to the team at Nobelese for their excellent customer service, item arrived earlier than scheduled, the day before my partners birthday.
FYI the items are beautiful.

Dear Chris, We are sincerely sorry about the way you feel about the service, however, we do need to clarify something. Sasja did say that there was a DHL issue (we had a big local outage) and that we had to ship UPS rather than DHL. We did not at any point claim that DHL does not ship to New Zealand. We will immediately look into tracking of your order and revert status. We do hope you love the items when they arrive. Once again, apologies for the cross wires, we are on it.
