TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked to return my order and they originally responded asking for the reason, but then flat out stopped responding. For months. Can't get a hold of anyone and have no hopes of returning this coat.

Bought nothing paid three times.

I ordered items on Jan 19th of this year, no items delivered at all! I've sent 2 follow-up emails with no response as of yet, and cannot reach anyone live to speak with on the phone as there seems to be no customer service number and just an email. That like others, goes nowhere!

Quality of clothing was awful, did not match what was on their website and no where near the value of what I paid (let along the original listed price prior to discount). They then refused to refund me until I paid for shipping back. Why should I have pay the cost to return something that was completely different than that of what was listed on the website?

Never received the coat. They told me they had no update. When asked for my money back, they did not answer me.

I would give 0 if I could. I placed an order on 2/1/2026. I have yet to receive my order. When I emailed regarding my order I was told not to worry, well now they are not responding at all. Never again will I order anything from them

The ordered item came as wrong size, material and color. There is no phone number to discuss with any one. Only emails and the item they want to return to Belgium even though Boston ,US is the email contact.The return should be done on the customer expense even if the Noble society made the error. Noble society will not refund unless send it back to Belgium which is 5X expense and no one is available to discuss. I am highly dissatisfied with the order as well as customer service

It’s very bad quality bad material the customer service so bad they don’t answer their page is fake

If I could rate them a zero, I would. My sister ordered a coat for me for my birthday. The lines in the material did not line up. I wish I could post a picture. She asked for a free shipping label. They would not provide one. The cost for her to ship it back was the same cost as the coat. They only offered a 25% refund. Beware!! Do not order from this company!!!

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had in my whole life! This company is a total scam. I bought a coat, and it was delivered after 3 weeks. When it finally arrived, I was shocked to see that it had nothing to do with the coat that was advertised in the photo on its Instagram page. It has such a low quality that it's not worth the price at all! A total disappointment!

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but a dodgy German pdf, and no answers to emails. AVOID. Absolutely scammers.

Made an order and paid. Received 3 welcome mails right after and since then - no delivery, no answer to my numerous mails. The phone nrs are not existing. Please avoid even scrolling the offers of this site. Good experience for the future. But my money will burn their hands.

Been over 2 weeks with no delivery of anything. Will raise a small claims court case. Should have read TrustPilot sooner. Avoid this firm

The nobility titles that are for sale on this website are non existent. They are made of names of families that where extinguished ages ago. EVERYBODY is free to use these so called titles for free as they wish, and a simple prompt at any AI platform will give you a better code of arms than the simple ones offered on noble-society.net . The documents offered are written in German, which is a bit strange for an English, French, Dutch or Italian nobility title. All in all a quite amateur like 'business' that tries to make money with nothing...

TERRIBLE SCAM - I PAID AND I DO RECEIVE ANYTHING. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE BUT THEY DO MOT ANSWER. VERY VERY ATTENTION

What a waste a time trying to get a response from them is like talking to a brick wall .After sending numerous emails lfeel like i am being totally ignored. I tried contacting there complaints department by email but when sent got a message can not send email address not recognised
