Ordered two items but needed to cancel one of them. The customer care team responded to my request, first thing on a Monday which was amazing given I requested it Saturday.

Problem with sizing and returns not an option
Really liked the clothes I bought, but sizing advertised on the jacket was off. When I went to return the item I realized they don't have a US return option and sending the large jacket back to the UK was $$ than the jacket itself. Will not order from them again unless they get a US location

Good quality but sizing is weird
I purchased a cable cardigan and to be honest the quality loss great. The disappointment is around the size. I bought a large but it's definitely bigger than that. It also has quite voluminous sleeves which strikes me as an issue with production rather than design.
You do have to pay for returns which I don't think is very good. And I can't even exchange because they don't offer that service so I'd have to pay for a medium to be sent out again. All in all its just not a very good customer experience.

Amazing clothes
The 4 or 5 tops I have ordered all look fantastic. Quality is amazing, fit on some of the t shirts could be a bit more generous for the larger person but they do look really good. Also half of the football commentary team on match of the day or sky sports news wear their clothes so they are doing something right
