Don't buy from this dishonest company…
Don't buy from this dishonest company that doesn't have a standard of customer service.
- Their "1-3 day" shipping within Europe takes 2 weeks (I live in Berlin)
- They charge you for shipping, and your only option is the expensive "express" shipping
- They don't offer refunds - only credit. However, you have to pay for shipping to send back your items, and then pay for shipping again when you use your credit, so you end up paying for expensive, scam "express" shipping 3 times that takes 2+ weeks to arrive
- They appear to sell out of sizes and colors often, making the "exchange" pointless. When I went to order a different size for the bikini top, they were sold out of most sizes and colors, so I had to buy a completely different thing and risk it not fitting
- Their customer reviews are also a sham. They only show customers who rated their products with 4 or 5 stars. I left 2 1 star reviews for the bikini I ordered, and 2.5 months later, it's not showing up on their website.

Thank you for your review. I'm so very sorry to hear about the fact that you are not happy with our refund & returns policy.
We are a small and growing company and we are doing our best to improve our systems to make returns and refunds more accessible.
As for the moment, we always offer refunds for faulty or wrong items and you can always return your items to change for another size, color or, style.
