Thanks to an employee off No1 lounges iBook the lounge at terminal 3 Heathrow before going to New York after booking and paying the fee it got a bit confusing when I was told I needed a pass all so to enter but I contacted No 1 lounges through there website a lovely woman but the name off Maisie took control and help straight away and reassured me that I was book in and did not need a pass to enter so I me and my partner would love to thank Maisie for her help and sending me the right confirmation to enter and hopefully we will have a nice time before our flight thanks to Maisie at No 1 lounges

I had to contact No1 customer services after being an idiot and mistyping my email address, so didn't receive any confirmation. It was easy to contact via the website and one of the representatives, Jaimie was quick to respond, confirming my booking, correcting the email address and resending my confirmation. Very impressed with their response times and for resolving my query quickly.

I needed a copy of a receipt from my booking and Jaimie provided a fantastic speedy service with great communication. I had a copy sent to me within 20 minutes.

Very poor breakfast
Great space - but terrible food. I usually take the 0700 flight to London- breakfast offering very poor for someone (surely I’m not alone!) who wants a healthy breakfast. Only cereals are muesli (dust!), granola or cornflakes. Overnight oats served with jam and chocolate buttons. Also small bowls of yogurt, granola and jam. Only fruit this morning was apples.
The old lounge had weetabix (easy - individual packs), bran flakes, porridge, a big bowl of natural yoghurt and another of fruit compote and bananas and oranges. I miss it!

Our experience in one of lounges was quite negative for a variety of reasons, so I wrote to the customer service and have to say the response was beyond my expectations- fast, kind and helpful responses with an apology and resolutions offered immediately. Katie. A went above and beyond to ensure that we felt heard and valued throughout our journey and again, replied very quickly every time an email was sent, with her tone being as helpful as she could be, big thanks to Katie who has changed our negative experience into a really positive one.

I used the Heathrow Terminal 3 Lounge
I used the Heathrow Terminal 3 Lounge. There are places within it which are quieter than others. The food is good and constantly re-supplied. I got a refund processed, with Jaimie kindly following up for me, as I'd not realised you can't book on the day online. I found this out when I turned up and paid again plus extra for a non online booking. Its worth it for having somewhere comfortable and reasonably quiet to spend several hours. I'd recommend, but do book in advance.

Guest relations agent was responsive
Jaimie was a great help when I needed to cancel and rebook at a different location many months later. He provided all the necessary information and responded promptly to all my queries. Only downside was that the prices had changed and I had to pay the difference (grr!) but that wasn't his fault - due to dynamic pricing apparently.

Booked for a party of 7 adults into…
Booked for a party of 7 adults into number one lounge at Birmingham airport with Maisie. Maisie was helpful and friendly during the booking and made the booking process very easy. We have never used a lounge before and are looking forward to using it later in the year. Thank You Maisie! 😊

Maisie: amazing!
We havnet used the lounge yet but we did have an issue with our booking which was handled by the incredible Maisie. In an age when customer service and attention to detail is fast disappearing from every part of our lives, Maisie was amazing: thorough, really responsive and just so professional throughout. She is a complete star and has a great future ahead of her in any sector that needs people who genuinely care about the customer. Thank you again Maisie - we will be raising a glass of champagne to you from T3 on Sunday!

I had a fantastic experience, Jamie was so helpful on a time sensitive ask. Jamie was brilliant and so responsive, he really was responsive. I would definitely recommend this team and this organisation if they are all like Jamie.

I emailed the number 1 lounge to book a group booking on there web site and spoke to a very helpful lady called Maisie who help me sort everything out and booked the dates I needed with no problem.

Excellent customer service, Maisie couldn’t have been more helpful
We wanted to visit this lounge as a large family group but wanted to book our passes through Revolut as we had rev points available. To do so and reserve access to the lounge I needed to contact No1.
They replied very quickly, within 48 hours of my initial message, and a few hours later Maisie managed to sort it all out for us and ensure we’d have access to the lounge when we fly.
First impressions of the customer service here is very good and can’t wait to visit it next month

Luton airport no 1 lounge just awful
Luton airport no 1 lounge just awful ! Bad food, bad service and terrible after care. Save your money and DO NOT GO !!!!!! Embarrassing it calls itself and lounge ! It’s a dump filthy dirty
Number one lounge T3 Heathrow
Number one lounge T3 Heathrow. Really poor experience. Admission person couldnt get boarding passes to scan for over 5 minutes. When we got in there was nowhere we could sit as a group (of 3). No toast, no cups, all coffee machines on the blink. No juices. Won't bother paying again. Really poor and not value for money.
Food choice is a rip off
Food - lack of it and limited choices. TBH you would be better off eating in the main airport. However, the lounge itself is nice, which is why the food issue is such as shame for a new lounge.
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. Staff are terribly rude. At one point all the staff were gathered around moaning and gossiping about customers rather than actually serving/helping them.
One particular staff member at the bar was aggressive, rude and nasty.
