Pleasantly surprised at how much i am loving this app! I'm a 6 year peloton owner and I'd say this platform is great to connect back with kendall. I'd say it's especially great for other brand of spin bike owners! I will add i really don't understand why everyone is complaining about the free trial being difficult....it's just like any other one I've tried, not complicated, straight forward, so I feel like these complaints are from people who waited til the last minute and missed the cancel date. I canceled mine and when it was complete after 7 days I paid to subscribe cause I really enjoyed it! If I had to pick something to add to it,probably tread classes.

NKO club is AMAZING to say the least. I personally was a fan of Kendall Toole from her days at another platform since I could relate to the pop punk former emo days -so when she launched NKO club I told myself I’d try it for the free trial. Not only did I sign up for the year as a founding member after the trial but it has changed my life.

I am pushed harder than I’ve ever been pushed so my body is actually getting results but more importantly I’m a happier mom! The mindset that’s taught in the classes, the gratitude journal that’s so easy to remember to do, and the breathwork really complete a fully rounded person not just a workout. I am so excited to show up for my workouts and know not only am I getting stronger but I’m a better person because of it.

If you’re on the fence of trying NKO don’t miss out! This app will change you in ways you don’t even realize you need.

Clearly should have read the reviews before joining this scam 🤣 seems like reviews are from friends and family.(makes sense) I’ve never in my life signed up for a free trial and then but told if I don’t cancel on the DOT I’ll be charged and pretty much good luck if not. Horrible customer service that’s so beyond rude thankfully I blocked my card in time and continuously watch them try and charge it multiple times a day. Don’t bother reaching out they won’t do anything. I cancelled my card so good luck to them. As a side note- you can find workouts identical to this on YouTube for free don’t waste your time. I saw it was new and thought I’d give a try. Clearly I should of stuck

NKO Club is so much more than just a fitness app, and Kendall is the real deal! Of course there are the cycling, boxing, and resistance training classes that are amazing for all ages and fitness levels, and Kendall pushes you beyond what you think you’re capable of(but in a fun and motivating way), but there are also mobility classes, breath work, a gratitude journal, and nutrition/recipes. For those who are used to taking Kendall’s Peloton classes, these are a little tougher, a little grittier, but with so much motivation and, of course, her Never Knocked Out mindset. I highly recommend her for all fitness levels and all ages!

Just started so getting used to it. I always loved Kendall's workouts. Her personality , energy and knowledge is amazing. The only confusing part to me is the music selection. I may have chosen something different that Kendall chose and she may talk about the song and may throw you off a bit. Other than that it's a joy to workout with her again!

NKO Club has completely exceeded my expectations. For a start-up app, the quality, intention, and variety packed into this platform is incredibly impressive. You can feel how much care has gone into every detail — from the workouts to the mental wellness tools and overall user experience.

One of my favorite features is the way the music is integrated. Because everything runs through a streaming platform, there’s so much flexibility — you can easily skip a song if it’s not your vibe in that moment, which makes the experience feel more personalized. Unlike live-filmed classes where you’re locked into one soundtrack, NKO Club lets you truly make each workout your own, and I love that freedom.

The fitness programming is challenging yet accessible, and what really sets this app apart is how seamlessly it blends mental and physical wellness. The breathwork, journaling, and mindfulness offerings make this feel like so much more than just a workout app — it’s a complete wellness space.

I love everything NKO Club stands for and am genuinely excited to be a founding member. It feels empowering to invest in a platform that supports both mental and physical health, and I can’t wait to continue strengthening both with NKO Club. Five stars all the way.

The subscription is so misleading. I signed up to a monthly subscription using the 7 day trial. When attempting to cancel via the website there is absolutely no section to cancel, just to change my card details. The website states that you can easily manage your subscription but I strongly disagree. Despite signing up for a monthly subscription an annual payment was attempted, Its now attempted over 8 times - luckily I blocked it. I can see this is not an isolated experience too. I would advise against signing up on the website.

The quality of the app itself is good, but I didn’t like the music and definitely wouldn’t continue using. Maybe will be better in a few months when the issues have been ironed out - but the lack of customer service would put me off moving forward.

This app is like a breath of fresh air - it’s beautiful, well thought out and a true example of 360 wellness with workouts, gratitude journal, recipes and even (much needed)breath work! I really enjoy being able to choose my own radio channel for a class because it gives me a “new” class each time I use a different channel - and you can tell Kendall curated each of these stations since her classes on the other platform were so incredible, both via instruction AND music. Welcome back, Kendall! you have been missed but now that void has been filled! Hands down a great app, great use of modalities (recipes and online journal, too) but most importantly, A GREAT INSTRUCTOR!

This app is incredible — and not just because you get Kendall teaching across five modalities! If you're looking for a user-friendly, truly comprehensive fitness and wellness experience that feels genuinely personal, you've found it! As someone who took almost exclusively her classes on her previous platform, I’d been highly anticipating what Kendall was building next, but this is above and beyond what I’d even hoped for!

It’s clear that she put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into carefully designing the app so we’d have everything we need to keep getting stronger and showing up as our best selves, from movement to mindset and recovery, as well as healthy habits like nutrition and gratitude journaling. The programming is challenging, thoughtful and intentional, integrating cycling, strength training, boxing, Pilates, stretching and mobility, and breath work. And I love that she centers purpose and personal progress over numbers.

While it was a rather masterfully curated pop-punk playlist that initially drew me to Kendall’s class for my first Peloton ride in 2020, it was her energy, authenticity, and ability to seamlessly incorporate mental health that kept me coming back — no one gets me to push myself to my limits like Kendall. And at NKO Club, she taps into that even more, diving into the why behind everything we do.

If Kendall was your favorite instructor on her previous platform, this is a no-brainer. And if you’ve never taken a class with her before...I promise you won’t regret it!

Also, final shoutout to the NKO Club pop-punk station for bringing SR-71 and The Ataris back into my life!

Not trustworthy. Owner has friends and family members writing fake 5 star reviews to drown out the people who are sharing their actual experience. If the content was that good they wouldn’t have to do that.

The content is lackluster and the customer service is even worse.

Amateur hour - one of the reviews here is from the owners boyfriends family members. The cancelation process is difficult and unnecessary.

NKO Club has been an incredible one stop wellness shop! I have missed Kendall’s
workouts so much since she left Peloton — her energy is contagious, her workouts push me to my limits in the best way, and her instructing is second to none whether you are a beginner or the gym has been your long time second home.

If you need a spot to fall in love with working out — this is it. She’s got you covered with lifting, stretching, cycling, pilates, boxing, and curated programs. I’m also loving her breathwork sessions and gratitude journal for a reset button that is literally in the palm of my hand at all times! And as if that wasn’t enough, this app even comes with delicious recipes that actually fuel you and make dinner plans way less of a hassle.

The app itself is STUNNING — top notch quality and so user friendly — and the customer service has been flawless. NKO Club is simply transformative. Five stars all the way.

I had been waiting for Kendall to drop new fitness content ever since she left her previous coaching role and NKO Club does not disappoint!

The app is gorgeous, the class production is high quality, the programming is CHALLENGING, and the content is updated consistently to keep things fresh.

I can't recommend NKO Club enough for people looking to level up their workout routine and commit to nuturing their mental health through breath-work and journaling.

I signed up for NKO Club by Kendall Toole using a free 7-day trial. At no point during sign-up or within the app was I clearly informed how to cancel the membership. The app itself does not allow cancellation.

I later discovered that cancellation requires logging into a separate website and completing multiple steps that are not clearly disclosed during the trial period.

After the trial, I was unexpectedly charged $249.99 for an annual membership. I immediately contacted the company, but they refused a refund, stating that I had agreed to terms and conditions located on a separate page of their website.

They also stated that they do not cancel memberships under any circumstances, even if contacted, and that it is entirely the customer’s responsibility to figure out how to cancel.

Additionally, after being charged, my membership shows as active on the website, but when I log into the actual app, I have no access to the content I paid for. I am being charged for a service I cannot use.

This issue could have been resolved easily with a refund, but instead the company has chosen to make the process extremely difficult over $249.99, leaving a very negative impression. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before signing up.

UPDATE Dec 31: REFUND RECEIVED UNDER PRESSURE.

After a month of the company refusing to refund me and making every excuse as to why it was "technically impossible," they suddenly issued a full refund. This only happened after I formally escalated my case to the CFPB, FTC, and my Attorney General. Their refund email came with a request: "We kindly ask that you consider updating or removing your Trustpilot review to reflect this resolution or any other public forums."

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY & FAKE REVIEWS:

Since my 1-star review, a surge of 5-star ratings has appeared. If you check Instagram, the owner (Kendall Toole) personally follows several of these "customers." Most suspiciously, one reviewer shares the same last name as the owner's boyfriend.

Using a personal friend group to pad ratings and drown out honest experiences is a direct violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines. It’s clear this company is more focused on "reputation management" and "kindly asking" me to delete my posts than on ethical business. I am keeping this review up as a permanent warning: a refund doesn’t erase a month of stress, deceptive practices, or the attempt to bury the truth with biased reviews.
