Worst comapny ever, there are so many people complaing that they didn't receive their orders. I ordered the faith ring and 3 weeks later still no communication from them - no way to contact them

I have been a long time customer of Nivoda in South Africa and their platform has really helped me grow my business. As a business owner, I do understand the day to day challenges of logistics and customer relations.
In this particular line of business, you can imagine that our spend with Nivoda is not small amounts and you would expect the service from them to accommodate their business growth. Sadly, this is not the case at all. If things do go south, expect their customer service to basically shrug and through their hands in the air. Unfortunately you will be stuck dealing with a person hat has no clue about the industry as a service agent and there is just no way to escalate to any form of senior/management. A polite - "We are really sorry" is the furthest that they will go. Not a very professional way to salvage or encourage business relations.

They always go above and beyond to give you the best customer experience. They are open in August when many other wholesalers are on holiday which is very convenient and it is a huge plus. The shipping is very quick, the tracking of the package is detailed and up-to-date. They also offer risk-free returns and flexible credit terms which makes them stand out from the other companies in the field. I think as of now you can't find a better place to source your diamonds from. They way they do business and the services they offer is on another level. Nivoda is really an amazing company.

This has revolutionized our business, and what we are able to offer to our clients. With access to so many stones (lab, natural and gemstones alike) which means I am able to source and quote a client there in the moment with the customer facing mode (Loupe360) allows you to close a sale quicker, safer and with the option to return stones (when returnable - but you can filter this option) the "risk" to us is zero. Being able to share video's, images and certificates with clients to show them what they are purchasing (as its tough for many not seeing the stone in reality) is simply brilliant, and has allowed me to sell stones to clients that I would have lost otherwise, because I would have had to contact multiple companies to see what is available after the client has left. The chat feature allowing you to speak with members of the Nivoda team for custom cuts or stones has been amazing. They keep you informed of the progress of your inquiry order, and the whole process is plain and simple. I cannot rate this platform highly enough, and if you haven't jumped on the band wagon already, you're missing out!
