Ik ben erg tevreden over het gilet zelf; het zit mooi en voelt kwalitatief goed aan. Achteraf ben ik blij dat ik mijn maat heb aangepast van M naar XL.
De levering duurde helaas veel langer dan verwacht, wat wat onzekerheid gaf. Gelukkig was de klantenservice vriendelijk en behulpzaam en namen zij de tijd om alles goed toe te lichten.

on this occasion, did not do enough research on this company. Ordered sunglasses, with second pair free end August25. Still not received @ 22/11/25. After 7/8 weeks simply had enough of empty promises and no action. Went to credit card company i used in October and got money back on charge back process. A form and email history sent to the credit card company and got money back in days. Nivara were still promising it was on its way end of October. Simply no way to run a business.
Definitely not recommended

I ordered for three items, dress, jacket and blouse top from the website.
The items took 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.
The items that arrived were not the items I ordered for.
Two items are lowest quality of polyester and the jacket is nylon!.
They got the mailing address wrong.
This company is a fraud! and scam! Please do not order any item from them.
I worry about data safety.
I have reported them to the company to fraud and cyber crime,China Internet Illegal Information Reporting Center and to face book.
They have a return which is a very complicated process and or 10% refund.
If they have scammed you! report them! they need to get offline.

Your company is a fraud!. Offering my 10% is robbery!

Day light robbery.

I hope the authorities follow up and conduct a company audit.

Excuses excuses excuses and no product.

I ordered Nivara™ Lymphatic Contour Face Brush and it tooks weeks to arrive. I tIcked 2 items instead of 1 and have tried endlessly to contact them and arrange to return 1 of the brushes. Their terms state to contact them before returning and you have 2 weeks to do it. But after 3 weeks and no reply I have given up.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS NOT HONEST WITH NO PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY.

No communication.
Delivery a joke,clearly coming direct from PRC.

I ordered for three items below.
The shipping took a long time and I had to write to them to chase my order.
When my order arrived I only received one item of a polyester item with 'made in china' that I had not ordered.
They did not get the correct address.

Please be warned this company does not appear to be ethical.
The store is not in London or in Europe.
Big Scam.
I hope to get my money back but slim chance.

It has taken 43 days for my order to arrive. As it is the fit is not as expected and, even under distance selling rules, they require me to return the goods to China. Not worth the cost.

Placed on order in late September, 30th September told there had been a delay but now order was In transit .
8th October told courier had lost order and replacement would be dispatched immediately.
Today 24th October still nothing.
Constantly email company but just get excuses , ased for refund which is ignored last email on the 20th was never acknowledged.
This company is a scam company so be aware .
1 star is too much.

Still ignoring me, no replacement delivery, which I didn't want anyway.

I believe this company is a "Scam Operator" Beware !
Ordered a jacket from them one month ago and still has not arrived, Have contacted customer service on two separate occasions [by email only as, there is no published phone contact] and had only empty promises.
In addition the replies are from private addresses.
Another reason to be suspicious.

Stay away from this company at all costs if you want to keep your money
I have been waiting from the 10 September for the goods I bought they came up with every excuse in the book for not keeping their part and not supplying my order

Took ages to arrived. Shoes packed badly. Squased when taking out a bag. Sizing very small, despite ordering usual size. No information or returns label in package. Emails to them are being ignored or bounce back. Do not use this site

Only ordered sunglasses which took over a month to arrive,don't think I will ever use them again

I ordered a gilet 35 days ago and it has still not not been delivered despite their promises. My last message over a week ago has not been answered. I've requested a refund.
Update. My item finally arrived 46 days after order and payment. Although a card inside said they had sent 2 sizes larger than my order, it was still way too small, so I gave it to my wife as there were no return instructions. It was a shame as the design is good . Cannot recommend.

Just full of empty promises, still waiting on a jacket from 2 weeks ago and still not delivered, always saying there teams on it will reply within 24hours, twaddle got the same message again wondering if I will get a refund? The teams on it, would not recommend

Good company, very nice pleased with purchases

Update of order was very quick.
Kept me informed.
Down side was that it took longer for delivery. But I was kept updated as to when order was dispatched,which was useful.
Pleased with tyd product.

Good quality sunglasses at a reasonable price
Had a bit of a wait though so a bit disappointed about that but they did email to apologise and update me.
