Nitecore UK Omdömen

I ordered 3 batteries and dealt with a gentelman called Anthony, he went out of his way to assist me and the order arrived the next day. Anthony was just brilliant and i am really pleased.

Very prompt delivery and pleased with the purchase. The single battery recharger did exactly what I wanted.

Easy ordering process and payment. I was kept informed of package tracking and received the item quickly. Packaging was effective. Product is excellent, well made, looks great and works well. I really like the convenience of the attached charging lead and the groovy LEDs.

Excellent customer service and quick turnaround
Nitecore srt7 i tough workhorse of a tactical torch
Nitecore lanyard keeps it safe on your duty belt

Good product, service & swift delivery.

I love my BP23 Pro it carries everything I need perfectly. It looks great and I love the internal organising sections and the hook and loop fastening to allow fixing small pouches internally to help with organisation.

I had a small issue with the zip and Nitecore were so quick and helpful resolving the issue (thanks Antony for your support on this)

Nu50- with in 2 years product starts falling apart like, broken bracket , part around rubber switch broken which makes it practically useless. Its heavy because of battery and light as one unit and it keeps sliding down from your forehead and tightening the band starts to hurt. Sensor in the light keeps it switching between intensities when you are in close proximity with a surface which is annoying.Better brands out there, keep looking.

Great service and very good prices. Highly recommended- will use again.

I bought some Nitecore 18650 Li-ion Battery 3400mAh. They were expensive compared with the standard ones on offer over the web. However it turned out to be money very well spent as they make the run-time on my flash-light around 50% longer, perhaps even 75% meaning I get most of the night for mammal-spotting on one set of batteries.

Great products, and fast delivery, I have a 4000 lumen strobe, 1000 lumen torch and a 600 lime head torch, all fabulous

The flashlight world is an expensive hobby / addiction to have and my overall preferred company is Nitecore for my products. I had a good experience with Drew @ Nitecore UK (AJC Trading) with a faulty item. Turned out it was a deliberate design feature and not faulty, but I wasn’t sure. I was still offered a return and refund was done within an hour of them receiving it back. All Good.

Straight forward ordering process, item delivered promptly, packaged safely & economically. Functionality of head torch was well designed and as described. Lightweight, additional battery and stuff sack. Very pleased x

Bought a couple of Nitcore Tube mini torches. One was faulty, worked for a few days but wouldn't charge. The other is fine, works well, nice and bright. Lightweight. Easy to carry. Easy to use.
I mentioned the faulty device and a new replament arrived within three days.
Brilliant customer service.

I have just purchased my third EDC bag from Nitecore and my eleventh product from the Company. Everything I have purchased I’m delighted with from the smallest Titanium key-ring torch to large military flashlights and from a cool rucksack perfect for a commute to a spacious 7litre carry bag for documents, a tablet or other valuables. The Company’s design are brilliant, the technology reliable and perfect and the quality just out of this world. Take it from me - you can’t buy better. Simply awesome!

I left a comment on Nitecore's Facebook post regarding a Fujifilm battery to see if they were expecting to get any in stock again.

I had a message a couple of days later to let me know that they would be receiving a new delivery in a couple of weeks.

They then messaged me about 10 days later to let me know that they were back in stock online and ready to be ordered.

I ordered one a couple of days later and it arrived shortly after that.

I've had a chance to use the battery a couple of times now and it works perfectly, I'll be putting it through it's paces over the coming weeks as I go out on some photography trips.

So far so good though and I'm impressed with the response from Nitecore to actually let me know when they were available again, might seem like a simple thing but so many companies now can't even seem to get the basics like communication right these days that it's nice when you find one that does.

I've been looking at their head torches for a while now for work and exploring and this has certainly made me more confident to buy from them in the future.

Brilliant torch really good customer service and quick delivery

Good stuff, helpful. new charger actually makes batteries last a lot longer. didn't expect that.

I have several Nitecore lights and they have never let me down excellent quality and fantastic fast service

I love nitecore products for night time wildlife spotting. I have the LR12 handheld torch and recently bought the NU40 head torch too. Delivery is fast and customer service is good. The 4000 mAh battery is invaluable whilst doing field work with limited electricity. The only comments I have are that the strap on the head torch is hard to adjust and the twist settings on the handheld torch a little hard to operate. Website descriptions could generally be improved to make clear whether the torch is designed for spotlighting or broader illumination. Overall highly recommend nitecore products!

Great product, just what I was looking for.
