We ordered a small water boiler for an event and it showed up the next day almost. The boiler works great and saved us a headache further down the road.

Superfast delivey

The item I ordered was in stock and available for next day delivery and it actually arrived the next day. Superfast delivery. I'm very impressed. So refreshing to come across a reliable service.

Absolutely unreal service 8 weeks I…

Absolutely unreal service 8 weeks I made an order all items in stock
I'm still waiting for two hair dryers the other items all came and different levels of time and the level of customer service is a disgrace with awaiting back order and from the UK will take 10 working days there after unreal and no updates that's the standard response to the 4 emails I have sent and still no updates

So latest update the item now won't be here till mid July
A shambles of customer care and any bad reviews get the generic replay let's wait and see if they turn up in July but going by there level of service and delivery i won't let my customers down by promising them any update with the level of service Nisbets provide

6 months to get one chair I ordered one chair on 5th January and…

I ordered one chair on 5th January and i got it six months later. I need to order more but nobody can give me a lead time. your website says 5 weeks. Could not get an answer from Customer Service ( who were lovely). they had no information

To provide you with an accurate update, we have since checked with our supplier, and if you were to place a new order, the current lead time would be approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of ordering.
We are working to improve the visibility around lead times and communication, as we appreciate how important this is when planning further orders. I’m really sorry again for the inconvenience and the uncertainty you experienced previously.

The delivery took much longer than I…

The delivery took much longer than I expected. The logistics at least for this time need to be better. I couldnt possibly use Nisbetts again for this. I am filling this out and I still dont have my omelette pan. I dont even know when I will have it. Not good enough. I ordered and bought it in April. Not good enough, in fact its rediculous.

Lovely cafetiere

3 cup cafetiere looks great.Coffee stays hot for your next cup and looks great.I was unlucky that I waited more than 10 days for the order as it was coming from the UK but the wait was OK as it was not urgent

Have used my two knives ..bought them for cutting sourdough bread 🍞 unreal the knives I had wouldn't cut through the crispy crust they are a game changer .. also way cheaper than other websites for the exact same knife.. thank-you

Strip Bulb for display Fridge

It took weeks to get the strip bulb
The bulb is not working, its flashing when connected
There were two separate charges and my credit card was charged when I placed the order and NOT when I received it!!!
