Pathetic customer service, no customer care support. No delivery of service yet. They are doing a lot by asking for money first and then not delivering.
I ordered an outfit on 9th May, 2023. It's been June 15th today, and despite calling their customer support several times, they're denying. The customer agent is constantly cutting my calls. I'm blocked on their order status checking page for idk what reasons. There's no accountability on any front. Cutting calls, not responding to WhatsApp messages is what they have resorted to now, when they saw the customer calling for enquiry. Pathetic service. First they kept fooling in the name of delivery service issue going on in delhi and now they're straightforwardly being axxhxles. by dropping calls. All they're doing is looting and wasting customer's priceless time and hard earned money.

They are scam. No customer service representative. Brand’s business number is useless, upon calling nobody picks up and then they say why you giving missed calls! Such substandard service! I placed an order in Feb and have followed up at-least 20 times but no response! They dont respond on time, idk who’s handling the number but its unprofessional to another extent! I received a cheap 200 rs suit and they charged me 6000! No order transparency, no customer service, no customer value, no brand value! Just looting people!

I placed order on may 31st and wanted delivery atleast in 15-16 days .I messed them in watzaap they said they will try to deliver and inform me about it.there after never got any update on the expected date they can dispatch or deliver.they don’t response to mail or watzaap properly and as I was outside India because of the different time zone by the time I message I get an auto reply stating that their time for the day is over and they are not available on Friday,Saturday and sunday.fed up of following up with them asking about delivery date or the details of when the product will be ready to dispatch for which I never got any proper response.they themselves can’t give you an expected date by which they can dispatch their own product.after I asked for cancellation and refund they came up with strange cancellation policy they have that they will give you store credit or product replacement.I said I don’t want to purchase any product from you I want my money back.they are saying they can’t give money.and they are taking money for a product that is not even ready to ship.Please dont get fooled by this fraudulent thing.I can ready many negative reviews about them.I am sure the one or two positive replies are from their own people to cover them up.please dont place any order with them.they just show beautiful images of models wearing clothes to attract customers and they don’t have those clothes with them.

I genuinely waited a year to write this review hoping that I would get my order at some point.
I ordered on 7April, 2022. I received confirmation and they also responded to my messages in WhatsApp initially. Then, they stopped replying.When I sent message in Instagram, I received response asking for order number and details but then no reply.
It dawned on me that the Instagram page did not have any review from any client and just bunch of pictures that wouldn’t even be theirs in the first place.
I spent more than ₹4K on the outfit but so disappointing to see how they are so ignorant to the messages and poor ethics.
Terribly disappointed and hope people don’t get fooled like I did.

I don’t want to give even a star to Nirbani. My order was placed on March 9th 2023, first follow up was done on 29th March 2023. And since then I have been following up. No proper communication, they seldom reply to your whatsapp chat, your calls will go unanswered. If they answer to your calls, don’t expect an answer from them because they don’t have. And yes, they WILL NEVER REPLY to your EMAIL👏

Ive dropped number of emails but no reply from their end . I am now sure I've lost my money. I wish I had read all the reviews on Google before placing an order . Online Shopping experience awful cos of such Companies
Complete mismatch between the images uploaded on their website and product delivered. It seems a lining fabric is used in the name of cotton and stitched and sent with joke in the name of product quality. The customer service people have no clue about tracking numbers and the fact that only when they collect the tracking details from the Courier guys only then they will be able to appraise the customer with the same. Is a customer supposed to keep a tab on this to get updated on the tracking details ?
Please do not spend even a second on scrolling through their website or advertisements.

I was even told it says the delivery is 90 days which firstly is unheard of secondly I found no evidence of this information on any email or website.

Suggestion to the public never to place an order from this website. Absolute terrible rubbish service provider . I had placed a prepaid order on 29 March 2023 for Eid which I was supposed to receive within 15 working days. Once those 15days passed and I did not receive my package . I called them and they communicated that I will receive the package before Eid . However I did not receive the same. 2 days before Eid when I call them to ask the status they reply saying there is a delay , which has not been communicated to me till I called them. If you don’t call them they will not give you an update . It’s been more than a month I don’t have my package with me yet . Though it was supposed to be my Eid dress I had compromised and understood that due to the festival there is a delay , but when you call them they responded rudely . Absolutely no respect towards their customer even when they are at fault.
I am not sure even if I will receive my order ever as they don’t pick calls if they do they don’t give you an proper update . There is no link where I can track my order . They don’t communicate in mails. If you ask for refund that is also not possible. How are you supposed to commit to your customers if you have no sense of responsibility nor communication towards your customer. If you are taking an order have the capacity to fulfill it or simple if you can’t fulfil it take limited orders. Learn to respect your customer time. Have a refund policy if you cannot fulfill orders . And for gods sake start communicating to your customers it’s a world of technology.

Absolutely pathetic brand. Their customer service is super unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Communicating with them is extremely frustrating. I placed the order on 26 January 2023 - still no sign of receiving my order. They keep saying 90 days as per the website, without any details or sense of apology about the delay. Would not recommend shopping here ever.
