their video generation doesnt work but consumes credits anyways, their image generation says they're using nano banana but it's not, the image quality is first generation midjourney level max. their normal chat features has so many bugs, and they dont respond to refund requests

I wanted to pay monthly, but I accidentally selected the annual payment, which deducted all my money. I contacted them but received no response.

I use NinjaChat mostly for image generation, but to be honest it is hard to log into - emails say they are sent so you can get your log in code but never arrive. Also, they say you get access to all these different AI's but the reality is you get a really, really scaled back version so most of the functionality you were looking for just isn't there. If you are after an 'all you can eat' playpen - fine, but if you are running a business or are a content creator this might be a little lacking for you. Lots of users report having to manually update their credits too so watch out for that (not that credit issuing or burn rate is unique to NinjaAI alone however...)

I subscribed for a year at 8 Sep 2025. After 10 oct the quota was reset after several emails requesting this. Since 10 nov the quota isn't reset anymore.
no response on emails or discord.
I'm trying to file a dispute and hope to get most of the money back.
I wish i had read the comments here. The only 5-star-comment is from a you-tuber making promotion for ninjachat!

I recently signed up and attempted to run a test prompt. Unfortunately, the platform consistently returned errors and never produced any usable results.

Within minutes, I requested a refund. I’ve since followed up multiple times but have not received any response.

What a complete waste of time & money.

It's cheaper and gives more models

I subscribed to Ninja yearly in May and it has saved me some money.

- The quality of the AI's is nice to compare different AI's next to each other
- The AI web chart is nice because now the all the LLM are connected to the Internet even the open source ones, so my data is secure.

They dont refund
they dont provide service
they always throttle your message
No quality
No consistency
buggy UI
they never improve
they always tell you they are working on it
credits dont refresh which means you need to email them every month so they will unlock tokens for your account.

if you want refund email it about to their payment gateway provider {not to their customer service they dont give you any money} , with some bank paper work you will be able to get it

I'm frequently having problems using ninjachat services. I'm a premium subscriber, however the image upload feature no longer works for me and I think many of the features have been disabled manually by the site operators during periods of high usage even though the usage is within my premium usage limits. I've contacted support, however they don't respond promptly and they are not helpful

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. Total scam. I "cancelled' my subscription in January, and they're still charging me. Despite several emails to their so-called support email (every month since), they keep charging me. Good luck finding the cancel subscription link. Total scam.

Complete scam. The models they advertised are not those used. And when I didn't received any answer and my bank refused to cancel the transaction because it's "service" I tried the image creator ... it costs around 1$ per image.
