I didn't hear anything from you for a couple of days after I spent $1997 for the Quantum Edge robot. That really surprised me, especially after all the talk about "white glove treatment" in the webinar promoting it. I had to contact and go back and forth with your support for a couple more days (they said they were not showing a purchase, but I forwarded them my receipt) before I finally got access.
It appears to be resolved now, but was a little annoying getting to this point.

Signed up. Got the license but zero other instructions. Called yesterday and no one called me back.

I can't say enough good things about the positive experience I have enjoyed as a Ninjacators customer. I participate in the Futures Edge trade room, own several of their products/tools and have attended numerous online workshops. Ninjacators is hands down the best trading room I have participated in. Joshua Martinez and Richard Jordan are outstanding educators who not only know how to trade profitably, but have the gift of teaching difficult concepts clearly, even for those new at trading. Not only have I learned so much, I have become a much more disciplined and patient trader thanks to their guidance. Ninjacators gets my highest recommendation!

So far so good in Customer Service.
But you still have to catch up with what customer is asking for.
I was missing Price Flow Pro Files to download, but they sent me the tool installation guide, and I had to hustle to convince the customer success team.

Josh Martinez & Richard Jordan of Ninjacators are great teachers!!! They are constantly doing free webinars. They start at the beginning & explain in detail how to spot trades. Having worked with numerous groups (MANY paid groups), they are the best (And their group is FREE). Their strategies are excellent. They use trend lines and fibonacci, coupled with partially automated indicators. No one really explained to me in detail how to use fibonnaci. I was struggling until I found them. Every morning in their trading group, Futures Edge, they examine several futures indexes and explain how you can duplicate what they see. Sometimes it's a little fast, but they have detailed videos too. They also explain how to use bots & use trading firms. Check them out!

Joshua Martinez.....
This guy as well as Richard really knows their stuff when it comes to remaining profitable in the markets. I've been off and on trading since 2009 with Josh and I definitely see the improvements he's made. I'm so glad I followed him because the way he breaks the market down is just genius, he really takes his time so you can get it. I've been with several trading companies and NONE came close to what these guys do. Richard is the icing because he also takes his time to make sure you understand sticking to your plan is what makes you profit, going outside of it will cost you a bit of a headache. Once you get under these guys training controlling your Risk is the only thing you need. Then you're home free!

Just finished the first day of Fibonacci workshop with Jost Martinez very informative and looking forward to the next class

My question was replied, with in minutes of NinjaCators opening their office for the day after the weekend.

Purchase experinence was simple and worked as advertised. Emails immediately came in with details, receipt and so on. Minor difficulty with getting a working password for the new robot site.

Ninja Trader is a great trading broker platform that I use for trading future. The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful as well as great knowledge in their expertise. I recommend people to use NT8.

I have been calling and leaving several messages however no one reached out in 3 days. very disappointed
