I recently worked with Nina Saurer to help me quit smoking, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the very first session, Nina’s professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge were immediately evident. She made me feel completely at ease — no pressure, just genuine support and understanding.

What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable she was. She took the time to understand my personal triggers and challenges, and tailored each session to what I needed most. I never felt judged or rushed — just encouraged.

Nina’s expertise in hypnotherapy is truly impressive. I walked in feeling skeptical but hopeful, and walked out feeling empowered and in control. Her techniques helped me shift my mindset in a way that felt natural and lasting. I can honestly say I’ve made more progress in a few sessions with her than I ever did trying to quit on my own.

Nina has been nothing short of amazing to work with. I had no idea what to expect my first visit since I’ve never done hypnotherapy before. I didn’t know if I was going to sit there and she was going to swing something in front of me or what would happen. (It’s not like that at all but more or a deep relaxation) I deal with chronic pain from a bad injury, anxiety and depression. We have made great strides so far in my treatment and I’m excited to keep going. I love that this doesn’t need to be an ongoing thing and actually works on fixing my problems and not just learning how to deal with/ mask them which helps me much more than just talk therapy. She is such a kind and positive human which makes me excited to go to each session. I am so grateful to her for helping me and to hypnotherapy for totally changing my perspective on life. 12/10 recommend Nina!
