I recently ordered some Nimble activewear online for my partners birthday. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but luckily Caroline and the team were able to assist in getting the right size out to me in a timely fashion. They responded to every email and question I had and always asked if there was anything else they could assist with. It was an extremely refreshing experience and my partner is very stoked with the product.

I only just discovered this brand and i love love love the in motion bike shorts and adjustable bra. I honestly cant wait to buy more!

I had a return for exchange but hadn't heard back, I emailed and they were so quick to respond and got it all sorted in now time. Super friendly and so efficient.

Absolutely love the quality of activewear from Nimble, its so comfortable and stylish I don't buy any other brand since I found them. Their service is always helpful and kind which makes me love the brand even more!

I recently received incredible help processing a return for an item in the wrong size. The Nimble team were amazing and understanding, couldn't recommend more!

My 3/4 flare pants are the best! They feel so velvety comfy slinky-stretchy and flattering.
Both in store and online experience is great too. Armadale, VIC girls were sweet.

The first time I saw the Me-Time Set I feel in love with the colour, fabric and style.

I gave 5 stars becasue the whole process from start to finish, order to delivery has been so smooth and efficent and whenever I send an email re an equiry I get a prompt response and they are always more than happy to assist.

I am loving my Nimble gear. I find the shorts are cut so well for a real women body shape they are comfortable to wear and don't ride up. I love the through that has gone into handy pockets that actually fit a phone and a key and the soft lining that make these items so comfortable to wear. To me great value given how much wear and what a beating these items take. Wash after wash they come out looking brand new. Definitely worth the investment.

The material is amazing, always feel comfy & fits perfect when exercising. Really appreciate the designs which are timeless and beautiful.
I recently had to deal with the customer support. I was impressed by their high quality service, I got response the same day and everything was very professional.
I wish there were more business like this.

The products are beautiful. That goes without saying. What made it extra special for me was the customer service. I bought an item in a sale and wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The level of information and options given to me was unbelievable. The back and forth with Sarah on the chat function on the website meant I didn't have to call and was able to do other stuff while I waited for a reply. I was able to exchange the item I got for the smaller size with no hassle at all. I will definitely be buying more items and supporting this awesome Aussie brand.

I’m sure they’re a great product but unfortunately my experience in the Armadale store left me leaving without making a purchase. The two sales people were too busy having a very unprofessional conversation about a colleague to give me any service.
Their website also has no place to leave feedback.
Plenty of other active wear store that are more interested in customers than gossip.

I had to do an online exchange and a faulty item in an order and the customer service team were so accommodating, helpful and patient.
They also responded really quickly, and care about the quality of their products and how it affects their customers.

I ordered the no bounce bra, and loved it. A little big in the back so exchanged for XS. The fit is so flattering and the support is so solid. I hate any bounce and this feels so compact without the mono boob! Excellent prompt communication with no hassles. Thanks team xx

Sadly I won’t be ordering from you guys again.. first time I ordered no issues and I loved ur product. Second time sadly I didn’t receive any items but when I contact customer service over the past month trying i got told my items were shipped already through aus post and it was being looked at but no answers.. not going to bother :/

I was a little slow to purchase the flare crop and unfortunately, my size had sold out. Jana at the help desk informed me that there was none left in my size, but 1/2 hour later followed up with me to say that some stock in my size was available. I was quick to not miss out and I look forward to them arriving. Amazing service thanks for going above and beyond.
