I would love to give it more stars but…
I would love to give it more stars but unfortunately the sizing is totally off and you have to pay for return postage and on top of that you don't get your money back but I was only issued store credit! No replies to emails and an unreasonable waiting time to hear back about returns. Love the products and the philosophy of the company but service is unfortunately not great

Thanks so much taking the time to give us your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you have had a less than satisfactory experience. At this stage we are not in a position to cover the cost of returns (we are aiming towards this) and, as per our returns policy we don't offer refunds on sale items. As for your wait time on waiting to hear back, our customer care team do the best they can to reply swiftly however, I will make sure to follow up with them and pass this feedback on as I understand that it is frustrating.

In the last few weeks I’ve purchased 3 jumpers, 2 Tie Up Gather Tanks & 2 pairs of tights & I just love them. The colours are gorgeous & the material is light & so comfortable, I’m definitely a fan!

A lot to improve upon
Slow delivery, slow customer service response & general poor communication. I requested an exchange nearly 3 weeks ago and have been informed that the new items sent from Nimble has been lost by Aus post...
Quite frankly one of the poorest online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

In looking into the exchange, I can see that Australia Post ran into an issue with delivery - we have been chatting with them and can now see that the package has been delivered to you. That said, we appreciate that the wait would have been very frustrating and so we have issued you a $30 gift voucher sent to your email address for the inconvenience. Alternatively, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you would prefer.

The help that I recieved inshore at Armadale was fantastic. Informative, helpful but not too pushy. It resulted in an online purchase for me as they didnt have what I wanted in store. The delivery time was super fast.

Fantastic fit
