Twice sent my order to an incomplete…

Twice sent my order to an incomplete address, despite selecting the pick up address on the Nike website. Won't change the delivery address and will only offer a refund, I have to re-order at a higher price. Terrible experience

Customer service none existent

Trainers not delivered. Stuck with Evri delivery service. Nike chat bot directs me a Nike representative to be told service isn’t working due to being to busy.
Hanging on the phone for over 1 hr and no one to speak to.
Nike you’ve got my money but I have no trainers.
Please sort your shocking customer service out! It’s horrendous!!!

Not even worth a star- the quality of the shoe is so poor.
My very light footed son had tried a few pairs and they peel apart at the toes.
Sad that such a large company has so little responsibility and care for their product

Trainers terrible quality, customer service non-existent

My Nike Air Max Ivo trainers started to fall apart (the rubber in the heels disintegrated) when less than a year old. I should add that I am a 69-year-old man who doesn't go running or hiking – I wear these because of arthritic feet.

I logged a request for refund via Nike’s chatbot, received an email asking me for photos, receipt etc, which I sent – and have been ignored ever since (two months ago now). Emails are not answered.

These trainers are very badly made, from inferior materials, and Nike’s customer “service” treat you with contempt. The chatbot no longer functions either “due to overwhelming demand” (I’m not surprised – everybody is complaining).

Don’t waste your money – find a reputable supplier of sportswear.

Terrible Customer Service!

Recently ordered some trainers in the black Friday sale with a 25% off discount code. Trainers were due for delivery a week later and after checking order tracking page the courier listed it as "Exception" and that it is being sent back to Nike?? confused to say the least, I contacted Nike via the web chat. They advised that unfortuntely nobody was able to collect from their courier depot so its been sent back to Nike... THIS IS A HUGE NATIONAL COMPANY! the web chat advisor immediately processed a refund as I was told it wasnt possible to send the trainers out again. I was then offered a 15% discount code to re-order but that they wouldnt honour the black friday discount code as it had expired. So I was down money while I waited for my refund, I had no product and then expected to pay more than my orginal price not to mentioned the inconvience it has caused. I then called Nike to talk to a operator who advised me that I was told the wrong information and that they could honour the discount code however I'd be expected to pay for the trainers full price to then be refunded the difference after? So not only do I not have my product on time, I'm waiting 8 working days for my original refund, im expected to pay the full price to then wait another 8 working days to be refunded the difference and having to wait over 2 weeks for my product. The operator didnt listen and advised me it wasnt within Nike's policy. Terrible customer service and unfortunately not the first bad experience with Nike.

One star in generous

One star in generous! I placed an order with nike to take advantage of the 25% off deal. My order was meant to be delivered by DPD. They did not deliver it and when I checked tracking it was sent back to nike. I tired to contact nike via their live chat but not possible then tried to contact DPD (not easy) but eventually spoke to a human who gave me the tracking number of the parcel sent back to nike (different to the tracking numbe when it was sent to me) since then I have tried to contact nike but just keep getting cut off. Their live chat is inactive so no way to get in touch.

This is by far the worst customer…

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order and realized just 7 minutes later that I needed to cancel it. You’d think canceling an order three days before delivery would be simple, right? Wrong. They outright refused to cancel it. No flexibility, no understanding, just a flat “no.” It's ridiculous that in 2024, a company can't handle something this basic. I’ll never order from them again and highly recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy being ignored and treated like your time doesn’t matter.

27/11/2024 - Nike has the absolute worst customer service ever. I purchased trainers which got lost by Royal mail and they are NOT willing to refund my money.

I have been a customer of Nike for over 20 years but now i have decided to close my account with them and no longer purchase any of their products given their horrendous customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever received, still not received my trainers, called this morning and the so called "athlete" couldn't of been more unprofessional, yawned while talking to her, then laughed when i said you don't seem to care where my order is. Refused to put me through to a supervisor. What makes it worse you can't contact anyone else. Shocking for a huge company. Nike....if you read these contact me please!!

Just had a web chat conversation with a person called Cindy who didn’t seem to understand a word I was saying and abruptly ended the conversation like she had helped but hadn’t answered my query?! Absolutely appalling service and no resolution!!! Took screenshots of the conversation it was that ridiculous. What the heck has happened to Nike? Update: football trainers for sons birthday after waiting 4 weeks for the ones he had designed himself, ordered a size 4, I thought they looked small when I took them out the box and put them against a pair of Nike Jordan’s size 3.5 and they are at least 2 sizes smaller! And the quality was awful, like something off Shein. Fuming and call centre staff fob people off just like the online web chat agents!

Automated CS help is terrible

I had an issue with a refund, where they only partially refunded me.

In their help section, the live chat option kept returning an error message.

So I called instead and had to go through a bot that could not get the info from the order, and refused to put me through to someone.

Finally spoke to a lovely human, who sorted my issue out in 40 seconds.

Invest in your CS people instead of poor tech - or risk losing customers.

Nike has the worse customer service experience.

They are super greedy for a company with a big name!

Wore my joggers ONCE, it was damaged after without even washing it. They offered me 3 pound for a partial refund, what is this?😂 Thats embarrassing for a company like nike.

Your better off with buying your stuff from Gymshark, because they at least know what service is called.

You get what is your right by law.

With nike you will have a chat for one hour just to go back and fourth and end up with a 3pound refund.

I then asked to speak to a manager just for them to say okay, then I waited 30 mins and never got connected with the manager. Then after 30 mins I just wrote "forget it I want the partial refund then" just for them to get back and say "Okay" but not mentioning that I just waited 30 mins for a manager.. its crazy bad.

Disgrace to call yourself customer service in the first place your services name should be "We care about us not about our customers thats why we will always offer you a solution that sits right with us, not with you".

So I got a pants that I cant wear anymore, I need to go to a shop and repair it myself and nike compensated me 3 pounds loooool.

Not addressed

I ordered for delivery to my work address. However, they didn't put the company name on the address label so the driver only had my name and a street name. Hopeless!!

I wish there was an option to give a 0 star!! WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!! You are THIEVES!!!! Returned an item with 48hr tracked delivery. Royal mail confirmed delivery and signed to the warehouse but Nike are saying they did not receive the return! Refusing my refund and completely ignoring the facts and proof. Customers service representatives have the brain of a goldfish and even that is probably a compliment!! Never dealt with such delinquent people in my life. Taken this to my bank to dispute payment and will keep trying. They were my favorite sports brand and as someone who’s spent thousands and thousands with them I will reluctantly not buy from them again out of principle. A multi billion dollar company I am appalled at their level of customer service and accountability for stealing from their customers.

Terrible company. Do not buy from

Sent trainers which were rekt after 3 months back to Nike for refund as they asked. They sent me an email today saying send us proof of purchase on email. Sent it to them. Bounce back saying emails can’t be delivered to this mailbox. Got chatting to customer support. Said you need to send pdf of purchase. Told them jd sports only sent receipt in body of email. They say only accept pdf. Asked for trainers back. They said nope. So now I’ve got no trainers and no refund. Their chat agent laughed at me too. Worst customer experience of my life.
