Ordered quite a few items only received 3 items, was told they made an investigation and there was nothing they can do. Paid £310 for trainers and socks. Great 👍 customer service very unhelpful

Poor Online, the poorest customer service
I started placing order in Nike.co.uk since 45 days ago:
1. never success to complete payment (always error)
2. have tried different payment methods trillion times
3. have contected customer service 10 times and followed their advise to checkout, but still no solution is given.
4. customer service always keep telling me they will pass the technical support to contact me and get the payment issue be resolved, but NONE has contacted me until now (already 30 days since day 1 contacted the CS).
I have not completed the purchase order, still, 45 days and some items have ran out already.
It seems Nike.co.uk dosen't care about it.
I always made purchases in other official sites, never encountered such ridiculous experience as with NIKE.
None solution from CS too.
Horrible time wasting !!!

Worst customer service ever!!!
I bought a pair of tights from Nike and they sent me the wrong size. Contacted there online chat & was told to return them & they’d send me the correct size. I explained about lockdown & not being in a position to return them, they weren’t bothered & just kept saying return them. As the tights were in the sale & I had the matching top, I didn’t want them to sell out. I ordered another pair. Again I was sent the wrong size. No apology no compensation of any sort offered. Again I was told to return them. They made an error twice & they expected me to go against the government guidelines & make an unnecessary trip to the post office to return them. So unhelpful!! Just shows you big companies with plenty of money have no regard for their customers. I didn’t return them, I gave them away to a friend & a colleague who would get use out of them. I will never shop with Nike again. I’m utterly appalled.
