Days to reply. I was basically begging to give them money, they are extremely dismissive, rude - not at their desks as they claim "8am-5pm" - if they are they don't care about customers. Likel... Se mer

Dont bank on your stuff turning up
Woeful. Ordered 2 weeks in advance for a product guaranteed to be shipped in 48 hours. 5 chasers later, a response from customer service saying “they will issue immediate dispatch” only for them to cancel the order 3 days later.
Avoid at all costs.
Lucky id anticipated this happening, so ordered a Plan B from the Print Cartel Company on Etsy. Delivered within 24 hours at a fraction of the cost.

I was delighted with the paper
I was delighted with the paper. I thought I had picked 2 pieces up but it was 1 sheet. The quality and delivery time was brilliant. I bought with my grandson’s picture on and they took just his face from the pic and put it on the paper. My grandson couldn’t get over it. Definitely get some. If you think that you don’t want to spend that much on wrap, you have to see it as an extra present and the paper really is worth it.

Ordered the personalised golf hat for a birthday gift, very good quality, arrived earlier than what I thought even though I cut it short order and was worried it wouldn’t be back in time.
