The Niello Omdömen 3

The sales and finance department cannot be trusted. A used car was sold, and after driving 96 miles the head gasket blew. They are stating that it is not covered under the Niello 1 year limited powertrain warranty. The warranty on their site link https pdf.niello.com / limitedpowertrain.pdf
1. Engine: Engine block, rotor housing, cylinder heads etc...
4. Seals and Gaskets: Coverage includes stand-alone seals & gasket coverage for the above covered parts
They are not honoring this, shameful. I do not recommend buying a used car from Niello and if you do get it in writing that they will cover the head gasket, as this is an integral part of the powertrain.
Its ridiculous that I even have to write this review. I will no longer recommend to any of my friends to buy anything from Niello Audi or any of their affiliates. This saddens me.

My wife and I bought a Mine from Niello.com. The purchase process was efficient and painless, David Webb was easy and efficient to work with.

We live near Santa Cruz, a 3 1/2 hour drive from Niello. The car was driven to our house in the rain, arrived coated with road grime and less than half a tank of gas. Shortly after, we found that it makes a shrieking sound from the windshield at freeway speeds. When we brought that to the attention of Niello, their response: do the 7 hour round trip to Sacramento to have it serviced there. When we explained the inconvenience to Niello, they agreed to have it serviced near us at Mini of Stevens Creek. Now 9 days later and after many many calls and emails, they want us to take to Safelite Auto Glass to have the windshield replaced there. Never mind that we have a loner car now, and switching locations will be a total pain and require 2 people and 2 cars to drop off and pick the mini.

If you want a car that's easy to buy and difficult to get serviced, buy at Niello.

If you want to have your calls and emails ignored, buy at Niello.

If you want a gigantic runaround when attempting to service your vehicle, buy at Niello.

Niello appears to not care at all. Oh well, I won't be buying there again.

I took my Mini Cooper into the Sacramento location for a factory recall repair. We had an appointment and they got us in right on time. The showroom is gorgeous with a nice self-serve custom coffee bar. Better than Kurig. They use a text update system for the work. Its super cool. They did a full inspection and sent video clips of the inspection along with the quote for any extra work and a brief explanation of why the work is needed. All fluids were topped off, tires inflated properly. Very happy customer. Thanks.
