Pagar casi 500€ por una habitación compartida siendo incluso estudiantes de ESHTE teniendo en cuenta que hay ciertas habitaciones que pagan 190€ por ser estudiantes de ESHTE me parece injusto, además pidiendo información sobre este convenio las chicas muy majas nos explican que el convenio en el que se pagan solo 190€ es solo para 15 habitaciones y que en el resto de habitaciones el precio puesto es el que considera que es justo pagar por las habitaciones la gente que trabaja en el marketing de la residencia, cosa que me parece bastante mal y con lo que no estoy de acuerdo, me explica alguien como van a considerar justo que paguemos 500€ por una habitación doble compartida con otra persona y sin tener la residencia ni si quiera un gimnasio o piscina o sala de juegos o una zona habilitada para relacionarse que no sea simplemente las cocinas??, que como dato son pequeñas para la cantidad de gente que se aloja en la residencia. Hay otras residencias en las que se paga incluso menos y tienen muchísimas más comodidades e instalaciones y como mínimo les ponen una almohada al llegar cosa que aquí no hay. Otro tema interesante y que me deja loca es el echo de que con lo que pagamos a parte de no tener nada más que una cama y un baño compartido con tu compañera de habitación, que casi hay que agradecer el no tener que compartirlo con toda la residencia… las lavadoras hay que pagarlas porque según ellos son de otra compañía y cada vez que la quieras poner tienes que pagar 3€ por lavar y 2€ por secar cosa que me parece ridículo pero aún sería pasable si en todo caso no tuviésemos que comprar a parte los jabones para lavar la ropa, básicamente pagas por utilizar la lavadora y encima tienes que poner el jabón tú también. Que mínimo que pagando lo que pagamos las lavadoras sean gratuitas o que pongan ellos el jabón para la ropa. Otra cosa curiosisima que me parece flipante es que las llaves de las habitaciones son una aplicación que te instalas en el teléfono y no te dan ni una tarjeta ni nada, me parece perfecto lo de la aplicación pero se podría dar una tarjeta física también para por si acaso surge cualquier imprevisto con el teléfono y por si no te apetece ir todo el día con el móvil encima o lo quieres dejar en la habitación por cualquier razón, me parece que te están obligando a llevar el móvil encima constantemente y en caso de que se te rompa o vuelvas a casa con necesidad de entrar rápidamente no puedes si tienes el teléfono sin batería o roto. Bueno quitando lo malo las chicas de la recepción muy majas y siempre intentando ayudar pero por el resto hay muchas cosas negativas que considero podrían valorar y mejorar ya que hay gente que por necesidad de estudios tiene que quedarse aquí y no son justas muchas de las cosas. Un besito. A todo esto la residencia es la de Nido Estoril en Portugal.

I applied at Trails at Domonion Park and before I could send my completed application with my income I receive an email from the manager saying that my application was denied from corporate without any reason at all. And I’m looking through this company review and I know for a fact that they have never heard of me and I have no evictions , at all and I deserve to live where I want to live. I feel as though I was discriminated against without being a chance. No questions asked and I wasn’t even given a chance to explain . And I don’t know who to ask why? But I do know that my rights were violated and I can file with the federal trade commission and the BBB. So don’t listen to the lies they tell about the living because they stopping you before you can
fill out the application.

El día de ayer, fui a ver a un amigo que vive en esta residencia. Y fui pésimamente recibida por un portero llamado Álvaro, el cual es una persona completamente grosera y maleducada. Lo que pasó fue que yo desde el completo desconocimiento intenté acceder a la habitación de mi amigo sin saber que cuando son más tarde de las 10 de la noche ya no se puede acceder, a lo que este portero cuando yo esperé a mi amigo en recepción y mi amigo llegó, yo le pedí si no había alguna forma posible de poder entrar a la residencia y el sin mirarme la cara estando yo delante le dijo a mi amigo y citó textualmente: controla a tu invitada. Me parece una absoluta vergüenza que permitan a una persona con este carácter trabajar cara al público. Cuando salimos de la residencia a esperar a que saliese otro amigo no hacía más que mirarme continuamente y salir a la puerta para comprobar que yo estaba allí “la calle, espacio público”. Es una pena ya que yo también soy estudiante en Madrid que barajaba entrar a este sitio el curso que viene. Desde luego que ya no lo voy a hacer y hablaré de esta experiencia a cualquiera que desee conocerla.

Elegí esta residencia hace dos meses para mi hijo después de ver unas cuantas y me pareció la mejor. Estaba muy contenta con la elección hasta hace una semana cuando el sueño se ha convertido en pesadilla. Han retirado la cocinas compartidas sin previo aviso, con un contrato firmado que incluía ese servicio y en su lugar han regalado freidoras de aire. Simplemente vergonzoso. Residentes que no pisan su casa en meses ahora no tienen opción a prepararse ni un plato de pasta y la gran solución a este desastre ha sido una freidora de aire. Ridículo. La dirección de la residencia ha dado la cara pero al parecer quien maneja los hilos está más arriba y está gestionando esta situación de forma muy lamentable. Lo cierto es que se ha sembrado el caos a la hora de las comidas y las cenas en el restaurante de la residencia de capacidad para 50 personas que ahora debe atender la solicitud de comida de más de 100 residentes afectados. Esta residencia cuesta un pastón al mes y ahora ya no está a la altura de lo que vale.

Very unprofessional attitude from the receptionist

My daughters great exchange experience in Copenhagen has been ruined by these lowlifes delaying repayment of her bond money. She has been waiting for 2 months and replies to her pleas for HER money to be returned are met with anodyne emails telling her payment is on its way. The stress this has caused is enormous. Legal action is underway. I would highly recommend avoiding this shonky company like the plague.

Bestellung kam nicht an. Verkäufer reagierte auf keine Mail. Habe PayPal dann eingeschaltet und mein Geld zurück bekommen.

Fake!!!!

------0 sterne die seite ist fake ich sollte am 11.11 meine bestellung bekommen wir haben den 15.12 nichts ist angekommen!!! 10-20 mails geschrieben nichts zurück bekommen leider wurde ich um die 380€ verarscht muss es zahlen für die ware die ich nicht bekommen habe!!!!

Habe keine Antwort erhalten und keine Kommode bekommen! Kann die Firma leider nicht weiterempfehlen! Hatte mich sehr auf die Kommode gefreut. Verstehe das Konzept nicht!

The Nido Príncipe Pio Residence is the perfect place to stay. The location is just perfect as its right in front of the Principe Pio station, A few minutes walk to the city centre.
Pricing is perfect, as your rental amount is all inclusive and you do not have to worry about any extra billing. You really do get value for your money.
The staff, professional and very welcoming, always with a smile and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is solved in a timely manner.
The extra amenities like gym, games & cinema room made it perfect for me to socialise and made long term friends from different nationalities.
This is home away from home. I will be Back soon.

Great student housing!
I really enjoyed my time living in Nido Bryggen - as an international Master's student in Copenhagen. I loved the amenities, location and the fully furnished rooms of Nido. The staff were always kind and helpful and my deposit was returned promptly after my move-out date. Staff were also very flexible and helpful with my move-in date. Overall it was a great experience and I will miss living at Nido Bryggen :)

We booked the Nido Netherlands and we're among the students that had their contract cancelled due to some maintenance regulations of the Netherlands (it was a new building) ,they refunded us and all the amount and we were among the first contacted when they were ready 6 month later, yes I know ,but for Netherlands knowing the huge problem with the rent it was ok!! We got the studio finaly and it is perfect!! 😍 Thank you Nido for all your efforts and patience.. Anastasia.

Jeg har været så glad for at bo i Nido. Det tæt på byen, shopping og handle mulighederne er gode, der grønne områder i nærheden og der er ingen larm.
Alle ansatte har været så hjæpsomme og søde, hvis der har været det mindste, de ting der har været i stykker i lejligheden er altid blevet ordnet og jeg er altid blevet behandlet godt af både folk der bor der og arbejder der. De ansatte taler altid pænt, er smilende, klar på en snak hvis der er brug for det også er de gode til at lave arrangementer for alle der bor der. Så jeg kan klart anbefale Nido, hvis man søger et stille og roligt sted, som er tæt på alting og hvor der er gode og søde mennesker der kan hjælpe dig.

Helt igennem forfærdeligt firma.
Nido overtog Dagmarhaven Vallensbæk Strand for 8 måneder siden og de agter stadig ikke at svare på opsigelser af lejemål. Det er på ingen måde at være ved at få styr på tingene. Det er jo blot at skrive, tak for din opsigelse. Istedet opbygges problemer i voldsomt stigende grad for dem selv, deres lejere og tidligere lejere. Dagmarhaven er elendigt byggeri og Nido gør det kun til rent hell. Hold jer langt langt væk.

9.500 DKK rent and the building has just one cleaner. The staff is unfriendly and the building is dirty.
Since I moved here, there have been at least three floods in the gym and a daily fire alarm. I also don't want to talk about the terrible state of affairs with the trash beans. It would be quite simple to locate the individuals causing the chaos there because of the CCTV.

Nido and stuff are disappointing.

Nidoliving har ansvaret for Dagmarhaven i Vallensbæk Strand. Jeg ahr forsøgt at komme i kontakt med Nidoliving gennem MANGE måneder både per mail og telefon uden held. Jeg har faktisk sendt den samme mail x flere i flere uger uden at Nidoliving har ville svare. Vores lejlighed har været uden varme hele vinteren! Derudover har man i sommers gravet et hul foran mine forældres terasse hvor man har fjernet jroden men aldrig ordnet det igen.Dette nu resulteret i at terassen er ved at brage sammen og er personfarlig - Det har vi også kontaktet Nido omkring. Parkeringskælderen (Hvor det koster en formue) er altid fyldt med VAND så ens sko er gennemblødte fordi vandet løber igennem betonen! Men Nido har ikke svaret på hvad de vil gøre det!
Det er ikke blot frustrerende men også ULOVLIGT da udlejer har ansvar for dette.

Jeg forstår slet ikke at sådan en virksomhed kan eksisterer i Danmark.
