Fast and friendly
The company always ships quickly and has only had two mistakes on a specific item ordered in eight orders. Order fits through my mail slot. One wonders how to use the points earned the next time, but there is a good selection and the service is fast and discrete.

Great site but needs attention with postage policy.
I really like this site. Lots of choices and I have found the best nicotine pouches however I don't like the postage policy.
If a product is going to take longer than 24 hours to arrive, say due to the time of day, advertise it on the website or take the option away.
Do not charge for it anyway than take longer than 24 hours to deliver it. This is something Amazon has had as a part of their process for years, it's not difficult.

Great service, my personal choice for Snus in the UK.
Ordered from NicPouch numerous times since discovering snus. I find it helps me cut down on smoking drastically - and that's nothing but positive.
They always have a range of products in - allowing you to try new brands and see what works for you. Personally I like having different brands/flavours depending on the day. If I stick with one flavour for too long - I get the itch for a smoke.
I just wanted to say one of the absolute best things they do, is shipping. I've ordered late in the evening and had my items arrive next day - not only that but they try and ship the order in envelope sizes boxes, meaning my order is often waiting in my letter box for me.
Really cannot recommend enough.
