Poor service
No instructions supplied with the frame. It was bought as a birthday present and couldn't build it due to lack of instructions. Contacted the firm who apologised and said they would get the instructions sent but wouldnt supply someone to build it. These still didn't arrive a week later. Contacted the firm again. Still refused to send someone out. But emailed instructions for a Climbing frame 'simlar' to the one I bought. Just very unhelpful and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought a climbing frame that was freestanding. As my garden is quite uneven the fitters has no problem whatsoever cementing it in for me. The grandkids love it.

After a problem with a discount I should have received and didn't, my order did not arrive, however this was soon rectified by friendly and helpful staff. I would happily recommend this company.

Best money we've spent on our kids
We have purchased numerous products from this company including the dromoland climbing frame, pergolas, swing seats and extra swings and accessories. Very happy with the products and service as a whole. Friendly staff. Free delivery to all of Ireland is a massive bonus!
The quality of the climbing frame is amazing for the price, we have had it two years, played with every day. All of our kids friends are obsessed with the climbing frame, they spend hours playing on it and using their imaginations.
We live by the sea, yet the wind/rain/storms have had no effect on it. Even in the worst storms and gales, it doesn't budge. We do take care of the set, we take down the swings if there are huge gales (takes seconds to do) and we treat it each year. It's a lovely pale wood so you can treat/stain it any colour to suit your house/windows.
Have also recommended to family and friends, who have gone on to buy from the company and are very happy with their products.

Found them on ebay and with the free delivery, they were the best priced too. Ric was very helpful with speedy replies to my emails. I'd highly recommend for their quality and overall service they provide.
