I was tentative about ordering to begin with as often Facebook ads are misleading. So I just ordered two pairs of the joggers. I loved them so much I've made two further orders since - jeans, shorts and more joggers. They are so comfortable. Got the jeans yesterday and I'm wearing them now and they are so comfy I won't want to take them off this evening and feel good quality and hard wearing. I've only bought bottoms so far as the tops I wanted were sold out.

Great service delivered very quickly and the quality of order was great fitted well was very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering again soon.

I bought two pairs of joggers - so pretty, great quality and so comfortable! My only suggestion is that maybe to stitch the waitlist cord in at the back as mine found its way out in the wash 🤣

I've bought so many items from Niche over the last few years. Tops, shorts, joggers, jumpers, just loads. The quality is always good, I've recommended them to many friends and family. But last month, a Palermo knit jumper arrived with a snag in the front. Yasmin was brilliant when I contacted them via email about the issue. Prompt, polite, friendly and really helpful. She sent me a returns label straight away and held back a replacement jumper for me as there was only one left in my colour choice. I returned the item and had the replacement delivered to my door is just over 24hrs. Great service and I LOVE the Palermo knit jumper now 🥰 Thank you Jasmin and all the Team for a fabulous service. You really do look after your customers.

So far very disappointed as first order didn’t turn up and the replacement order hasn’t either! Been told the products are lovely but until they get their delivery guys sorted out I couldn’t tell you! My next day delivery is turning into next month at this rate ☹️

I have bought 3 tassel cross body bags. They are excellent quality for the price and swift delivery. My only gripe is ,, I know colours can vary a little as on screen, but 2 of the 3 were very different to what I was expecting. I kept the bags as I still liked them.

Love my new magic trousers. I love how they move with you and make you look slimmer. They can be smart and casual. Really comfortable.

I ordered some cord trousers from Niche. Unfortunately they were to small. After returning the item I was contacted by customer services who dealt with the issue promptly and a refund was made the next day.
Only one negative is you have to pay to return items. In today's online market this was a little disappointing but I appreciate that they are a small business.

Loving my new Milan trousers I got from Niche. Lovely quality. I bought the khaki colour. They fit really well and are comfortable to wear. The delivery was quick and efficient. I will be back for more item I am sure.
