Definitely withdrawal money. No product No service
Nicerx took $300 out of my account on the 23rd and it's the 30th of July and i haven't received any medication in the mail yet.
Also I scheduled an appt with a physician and when the correct day and time came I checked in and sat by my phone for 1/2hr and no physician. So 60 days in and I still have the wrong nausea medication.

We want to clarify that your account is on a 28-day billing cycle and your refill orders are fulfilled before you run out of medication . As noted in your patient portal and previous email communications, your next shipment is scheduled for processing on August 3rd, and you will receive your medication next week according to your prescription and delivery schedule.
Regarding your provider appointment, our records show the provider was present for your scheduled time slot, but it appears there may have been a mix-up with the appointment time. We apologize for any confusion this caused and want to ensure you get your appointment rescheduled right away. Please give us a call back or check your email so we can get a new appointment scheduled for you immediately.

I spoke with them and told them that I would buy as we go and they took the money out of my account anyway I call that theft. If it is not allowed to pay as you go you need to tell the gentleman that I spoke with for over 30 minutes about it and he told me that was fine. And now they've taken my money and I don't have my meds where are my meds.

Our subscription model does not operate on a manual, "buy-as-you-go" basis. However, we maintain a highly flexible cancellation policy, and patients are welcome to contact us at any time to pause or cancel their membership. According to our system records, we did not receive a formal request to cancel this account prior to the scheduled billing date.
We absolutely do not want anyone to feel that their account was handled unfairly. If you are an active patient and wish to update or cancel your membership, please contact our support team directly so we can review your account history and assist you with this immediately.

The doctor listened attentively to my request and remained attentive and engaging. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and gave clarifications.

While privacy guidelines prevent us from discussing specific cases, it is helpful to clarify that these treatments are a journey, not an overnight fix. When someone is within their first month of treatment, they are still in the initial titration phase. Providers typically start new patients at a low dose to allow the body to adjust safely, and it takes time for medical levels to build up in the system before the weight-management benefits begin.
For the vast majority of people, the medication is highly effective, but it requires consistency and a gradual increase in strength over subsequent months. Giving up within the first few weeks unfortunately means stopping before the medication has actually had the time to do its job.
We always encourage our patients to stick with the protocol and utilize their healthcare providers for guidance. If you are a current patient and want to give your body the proper time to see results, please reach out to our support team or schedule a follow-up so we can support you through the actual titration process.

I received my first order (6 weeks) of product with only 4 syringes. When I mentioned this you did send a bag of syringes which arrived 5 days later. Thank you.
But the six weeks have have ended and I have had no notice of any further deliveries. Because of the warm weather and the fact that the product has to stay cool, it would be nice to have information about delivery. At least what day it will be delivered, so I can make arrangements to have someone get it off of my porch and into my refrigerator.
