We got there in the end. Overall, we felt communication along the journey for exchange was quite poor. We had no idea who from the team was looking after our buy and sell directly. We constantly were the ones chasing for updates.
A simple email to confirm who on the team is best to contact, along with a weekly update email would have been great to know what was progressing and what was holding things up and would have saved a lot of time and unnecessary stress from our side as the client.

Our service request concerned setting up Interim Power of Attorney arrangements for my wife and I. We called in at the NF&L office in Billericay on 9th May to enquire about the process and were dealt with by Meghan Sparks, one of the lawyers there. Meghan explained the procedure clearly to us and answered our questions in a calm and reassuring manner. We went ahead and have signed the necessary documents this morning, again with sensitive and thorough support from Meghan. This is an emotional decision for us to take and a complex administrative procedure to go through.
