suite a mon message dernier , j'ai eu une réponse la semaine dernière après avoir envoyé des dizaines de mails , et la réponse a été assez choquante de leur part :mon compte aurais été bloqué et je ne toucherais pas mon payout car celui ci aurait été piraté pendant le week end créant une fraude pour trading de week end , je leur ai répondu que je n'étais en aucun cas responsable du piratage et de me remettre au moins le compte a zero a défaut de me payer mais depuis 1 semaine malgré plusieurs mails aucune réponse je suis furieux et je vais déposer une plainte a l'autorité des marchés ce jour . suite au prochain épisode

Why have you stopped answering emails
Absolute frauds, thieves and liars. They aren't paying anyone. Everyone's payout request is being denied. I have screenshots proving I did nothing to violate any rules. They are stealing everyone's money. Do not waste one penny on this scam of a company.
Btw, all the 5 star reviews on here are 100% fake.

Tres decu par cette propfirm qui m'avais ete pourtant vendu comme sérieuse, j'ai demandé un payout de 400$ le 20 novembre j'ai attendu la reponse pour le payout, le lendemain ont m'annonce que le retrait est annulé car cause de trading le week-end , apres verification de mes trades sur les 30 jours aucun n'est en defaut , j'ai envoyé les captures d'ecran pour le prouver mais depuis 5 jours aucune réponses a mes nombreux mail, je ne contesterais pas si j'avais fauté mais en plus de ne pas me payer mon compte est bloqué impossible de trader pour repartir sur une période de 30jours c'est ce que font beaucoup d'autres propfirm , franchement qu'est ce que 400 $ pour une entreprise comme celle ci , en tous les cas ils ne me reverrons jamais je vais me diriger vers d'autres propfirm sérieuse et qui paye, donc a banir de vos choix

Ho fatto un mese di trading, stando attento alle news, consistenza e a tutte le regole e al momento del payout me l’hanno rifiutato con la motivazione “copy trading” quando non è assolutamente vero. Ho chiesto delle prove per dimostrarmi che ho fatto copytrading e non mi hanno più risposto, mi sa tanto di truffa, quando fai un po’ di soldi trovano qualsiasi scusa per non pagare.

Unfair Accusations and Wasted Time
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Next Step Funded (NSF). After weeks of hard work and dedication on their Flash Funded account, I was accused of using HFT (High-Frequency Trading) or an EA (Expert Advisor)—both of which are blatantly untrue. I trade manually, and my strategy fully complied with their rules.
What’s worse is that I previously reached out to their support team to confirm if my trading style was acceptable. I even received an email assuring me that I was following their rules and was "good to go." Yet, they terminated my account right before payout, claiming a violation without providing evidence.
This lack of transparency and professionalism is exactly why NSF holds a **2.9-star rating on Trustpilot**. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially those who have proven their skills and put in the effort. NSF wasted my time, energy, and potential earnings.
I strongly caution anyone considering trading with this firm. They do not honor their agreements and will find excuses to deny payouts.

NO responden, no hacen caso a mi solicitud. Dudo que paguen si no son capaces de cambiar una cuenta.
Quitaron la cuenta de pase con bot sin avisar y no me responden para cambiar a una cuenta normal. He escrito algunas veces sin respuesta. Ahora pedi refund ya que no fueron capaces de darme respuesta ni cambio de tipo de cuenta (que nunca opere) y no me dicen nada. Desde septiembre sin respuesta.

They are not ready to pay
I wish I could give 0 stars because I am still in pain.
This company will not pay you if you make enough money. They will always find excuses as to why you broke their rules.
If they can't find any rule that you broke, they will lie and say that you copy-traded and breached your account. That is what they did to me.
No more discord support and they are not replying to my emails.

As usual back to remind you this company is a scam.After my troubles with them there support is becoming non existent day by day ,discord support has been inactive for sometime nw, and bad reviews keep increasing. Any good reviews its their support trying to keep afloat.
Be smart and look for reputable propfirms etc ftmo ,5ers

My funded account is gone. I requested for my payout and theres no reply after. Support ticket created but no use. Also on the dashboards it says i have to pass the challenge. I was warned about this firm before, but i paid the prize. Please dont buy from them !!!

Total scammers
Total scammers. Don’t buy from them. I purchased an account with crypto payment 7 days ago and still haven’t received it. The dashboard shows 'Payment Failed,' but NowPayments (their payment gateway) confirmed the payment went through. I've contacted their support email multiple times over the past week with no response, and their Discord has no chat or support channels.
Please think twice and save your money.

Jalel abou and his company NSF (or whatever new company he creates out of thin air) are scammers, do not trust them or him you will loose your money he promised money and didn’t even trade the money straight up stole money.

Consistency rule breach: no payout.…
I passed HFT and got funded a 50k account. Then in one month the equity reached 75k. with a max dd of 0.5%. So I was hoping to get paid the 60% of 25k. They denied the payment based on consistency breach rule. I never got the evidence of it of course. Apparently is more important to have the same amount of trades week by week. HFT is a software and you can't decide every week to execute the same number of trades. The market conditions are not the same therefore the AI does not open the same amount of trades. Useless rule. It supposed to be part of risk management. I made constant profit with no DD. They lost the big picture here. In my view they should have made me a proposal to pay me at least a part of it. They lost a client and probably more than one.
Thanks for the reply but again you are not providing any proof that I breahed the rule. Then you can decide who to pay and who not, sitting behind your rule. Not a serious company.
