I chose the "box" shipping options instead of the bag even though it cost extra money as I didn't want my hat to get damaged in shipping. I received the item in a "bag" instead of the upgraded shipping I paid for. I contacted them to let them know of their mistake and that I wanted a refund for the extra I paid. They said I would receive my credit within 5-7 business days. It's going on three weeks now with now credit and they have refused to answer any of the multiple emails I have sent them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Wish I could leave them no stars. Complete trash company. Says 3 to 4 business days
It's been over 2 weeks. No responses from them via email, there's no phone number to call and to biggest thing is they set my PayPal payment up for subscriptions!!! Avoid dealing with this company! !

Ordered the President trump middle finger hat
as I do the middle finger a lot myself.
When hat was received it looked more like ronald reagon it was just horrible.
the hat was on sale (not why I bought it) and wasn't even worth that

I ordered several hats from this company. The order was supposed to include 3-4 day shipping. I finally got my order 3 weeks later, but I was missing a hat. I emailed them and they said that they would send it right out. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting in my hat and they've stopped responding to my emails. Trash company and customer service.

Never received part of the order. Ordered 7/18/24, didn’t receive anything at all until 8/16. Wrote emails on 8/16, 8/21, and 8/23. Got acknowledgment on 8/17 but no resolution; they do not answer their phones.

Horrible business practices. They refuse to ship or refund. After many emails I know no more than when I started. They have taken a lot of money from people and have not fallowed through with their commitment. And ignore the growing number of complaints.

I ordered my shirt and hat July 17th and it’s August 8 and all they keep saying is it will ship in a few days . This company sucks and should close there doors

I ordered 6 tshirts on July 19th. My contiuned communication gets me no where. The same thing, "it should ship in a couple of days." Today is Aug 7th and still no tshirts!

8/11/24 Update!This company has still NOT acknowledged their screwup and/or responded to my multiple requests to get me the product/hat that I ordered.

I would rate this company ZERO stars if it was an option.
It took FIVE weeks to receive my order. And guess what? They shipped me the WRONG item. I have emailed them several times to get this resolved. It is THREE weeks today and they still have not addressed their error. The flipping election will be over and I still won't have the hat I ordered!!
I was happy to order from a Washington state company...guess I should have ordered it from China.

Wish I saw these reviews before. My order came late, and I bought the wrong size t shirt (which is on me). I tried to see about an exchange, took a week to get a response from customer service. From that point I was frustrated and asked for a refund. Waited another week, emailed them again. They said they would contact the proper department, I've waited 2 weeks since then and still have no response after I've emailed them again. No wonder they have no reviews on their own website. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

Horrible. Do not order from these crooks. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before placing an order 2 months ago for 6 hats I haven’t received.

Placed an order on 7/15/24.
Said shipping would be in 3-5 days. Never received my order as of 7/28/24. I called the number last week and recording said to text. Sent a text, no reply. I sent an email. No reply.
I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow and see about disputing the charge.

I was charged for my entire order and still haven’t received half of my order. They of course charged me for it, won’t get back through “customer service.” I won’t purchase with them again. Said they delivered my entire order on the 13th. Didn’t happen.

Money wasted.

I placed a small order and checked in on it over the last few months. This is a SCAM. They sent me a tracking number but never delivered the product to be shipped. BUYER BEWARE !!!SCAM!

Ordered a T-shirt 7/15 nine days ago. I have haagain.d no notice it has been shipped and no response to an email I sent asking what is going on. The ad said 3-4 days shipping time.
Update. received the shirt after I canceled it and asked for a refund from Paypal, they still sent it too late for my use! Shirt was OK, service terrible! Never again.

Don’t waste your hard earned money. This is just a scam. 8 weeks ago I ordered a hat and nothing has arrived. Customer service said “it’s in the mail”….

It’s says they are in KY but I am sure they are in FU…

Horrible company. Says on your order they ship 3-4 business days. Now almost a month! Had to call bank to get my money back. Everytime you email, they write back “sorry”. The phone number only takes messages! Dont waste your time! They are NOT making America Great again, lol!

Well the same as the others, it's a SCAM. Order 2 hats over a month ago. Sent an email and someone replies and said my order should be out in the next couple of days, 10 days later still nothing. After some googling looks like this place has a few names they operate under, so be aware. People like this should be put out of their misery, to save other people the issue.
