office 2019 works great
My hard drive died. I bought a new (used) computer and needed office professional. I found Nextkeys online. Reviews were good so I purchased Office Professional 2019. Installation instructions were provided. Everything went fine with the activation on the first try. I am very satisfied.

I purchased a Windows 10 Pro Key for my computer whose motherboard had failed and I replaced it with the exact same model motherboard. So, of course Windows 10 would not reactivate due to the hardware change. Microsoft was no help. The key I received activated thru online activation with no issues. I couldn't be happier! I own several computers and will probably have the same problem in the future. I definitely recommend NextKeys as the Go-To seller for legitimate Windows keys. Thanks NextKeys!

You are a thief
You are a thief. This is robbery. You sold me a service key that is not legitimate. This is absolute fraud.
The key is invalid and yes I opened up a case in PayPal you are based in an offshore account with no customer service phone number. Please this is fraud. Lots of similar reviews. Don't even try to say that it's going to work. Send me my refund.
The evidence is the key doesn't work.

The activation license sold to you has been QA tested by our team as the order was placed and it was deemed valid and ready to be used.
We noticed that you opened a chargeback case on Paypal but you didn't provide them with any evidence at all so we can't really understand what went wrong.
All you wrote on it were offensive words and insults towards our team and our small business. We cannot tollerate that, especially without any valid reason or evidence as it deeply hurts our business.

Excellent Support Post Sale
Office 2019 Pro Plus key purchased but didn't work as expected. There was also no instructions emailed either. I though it would be straight forward like typing in the key when loading the software for the first time, but no. Clicked on the Contact Us link in the email and received a reply quickly. With a few help emails back and forth the issue was sorted and everything now works. In the end I was emailed instructions to follow which included creating a MS account and enter the key there. Emails and instructions were clear to follow and apart from the small issue i would not hesitate to purchase from them again as the support is great.

They have reached out and offered a refund or another key. Regardless of the outcome the company has been very attentive to my issues and helped reach a solution to solve them.
