Moderators at Nextdoor are biased uber liberals that promote the most despicable, hateful posts and ban conservatives. I am indefinitely suspended…zero customer service…and have never left a rude or hateful post (those are saved for their liberal friends).
Nextdoor bias is unbelievable…thank you for the ban…I want nothing to do with you! Perhaps a class action lawsuit would be a good next step…they are that bad!

The Worst App in history! Especially in the Hartford, Connecticut region. I just realized that there are Reivew Teams ran by actual human members. At first, I thought maybe that works, but they actually abuse their authority and privilege. They target and tamper with anyone's profile as they feel. The App is also Anti-Business and taking advantage with extra fees and filtering. This App was never good in my opinion, so it's gone from bad to worst. Don't be surprised if lawsuits amd charges are presented for slander, discrimination, harassment, and group cyber bullying and targeting. This local "Review Team" keeps tampering with my posts and Suspended my profile yet again. Mind you, even Positive posts.

This used to be a really good site but it seems to be a platform for negative, hateful, childish adult behavior. NEXTDOOR does nothing to stop this behavior. It has become a platform for folks who apparently have nothing more to do than post their political views and insult you if you don't agree with them. This is not what I downloaded this app for. I rate it a ZERO... I've reported hateful posts but it seems that NEXTDOOR must be on the side of the radical process because nothing has changed. It's gotten worse.

There is no single "DATE OF EXPERIENCE" for this review. It has been an ongoing problem.

I have had posts blocked when others who have used blatantly racist language, national politically charged comments, and harsh, vulgar insults remain in the same thread. It's very sad to see this type of censorship,

I feel a Class Action Lawsuit should be filed and will be gathering my evidence to proceed accordingly.

I am receiving personalized ads and information despite never having registered for this site or app on my smart TV and email. The information and posts seem AI-generated and very generic.

I have unsubscribed from the Nextdoor app more than 10 times, yet after a few months I keep getting re-added to your subscription list. This is unacceptable and potentially a violation of consumer protection laws.

I do not wish to use your app or receive any further communications. Please ensure my account is permanently unsubscribed and removed from all mailing and notification lists.

If this issue continues, I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney’s Office.

After being on it for four years under the same name, after posting a detailed history of a certain local political group, my account was suspended for spam, even though there was no evidence OF spam. They showed me three separate posts that were not about the same topic. That is not spam. Then, a couple days later, they suspended my account for using the same name I have always used (initials and last name). Saying my name was a violation of the rules. Their moderation system brings on board power-hungry idiots.

posted one ad, and the rest of the money was taken from my account without my permission. I do not recommend this at all — terrible website, scammers and fraudsters

La pluspart des gens qui postent sur ce site sont aigris, complexés..., il faudrait un dictionnaire entier pour qualifier ces gens. La moyenne d'âge se situe aux alentours de cinquante ans. Il faut des heures pour accéder aux pages. Un petit site de débutant sans prétention qui cherche encore sa voie. Un site bourrés de bugs informatiques. La gestion est mauvaise. I had posted some items in a political forum that disagreed with trump supporters on the forum. I left that political forum but every time an election came up, the trump loving crowd would report me and get me banned. The posts they flagged were not political nor were they offensive. One was where I talked about a car I owned and the experience with it for example. I reported that their monitors were misflagging and pointed out the examples. Also pointed out the fact that it happened most often a week before an election. I finally got an answer, but had pretty much had it with them. researched it and found it was common that their app was being used as an opposition tool in other areas elections. Not worth the trouble, They don't want to pay monitors, so let the company starve. I left 1 star but I'd give them nothing.

San Francisco - Richmond District. I was almost assaulted by an elderly couple because I asked them not to smoke. So the husband comes charging towards me and I have no choice but to start recording.
Nothing serious happened but I did end up sharing it to my neighbors on ND and was banned for a week for "exposing" and "invading someone's privacy". Just because I wanted to let my neighbors know to avoid the couple at the Peet's Coffee on Geary.

Tried it for the first time today. Posted 1 listing for a yard sale under the garage sale listing and was immediately hit with "Account indefinitely suspended

I get an incredible number of worthless, time-wasting posts. I have tried over and over to unsubscribe. I have tried multiple times to turn off all notifications. Nothing works.

My advice to the innocent: NEVER give this site your email address.

I would say 70% of responses are courteous but the other 30% are snide to rude remarks. The moderators are very biased in favor of the right politically or very conservative Christian beliefs in North West Arkansas. If you want to contest a removal of a posting they seem to always reject it out of hand with no feedback. On the plus side if you post about cats or dogs then this is the social media site for you.

DO NOT WASTE ONE MINUTE OF YOUR TIME WITH NEXTDOOR! If you want good business I would recommend Craigslist, Rumble.com, and my favorite for honest information is Bitchute.com... Life is way too short...
I help people barter and share, free housing, organic food, education, etc... there are alot of homeless people on Nextdoor. I posted a list of business service that provide free housing and food to the poor and homeless. Example, The YMCA for single moms provides emergency housing. So, I posted about a Dozen Places people to go to if poor or homeless... No money in it for me... and they banned my post??? Whenever I'm banned they ban me for 30 days or more???
Honestly, I think its a surveillance site for profit. And, like Youtube and X.com... it's full of propaganda and lies. Sad, I could be a great site... I was also banned for recommending the healthiest Markets in Lou.

They are taking away my right to free speech.

It's not just that every other post is an add. Its that half the adds are snakeoil and target the elderly. It's pure greed and evil.

This is the worst Social Media site online... they treat their adult members like stupid children... like the mainstream media does. The sites name should be changed to Propaganda Super Highway. The site was started for pushing dangerous drug ads and untrue propaganda that hurts people. I was banned two plus times weekly for posting life changing information.

Example. America doesn't get our oil the Middle East... we get our Oil and Methane from America. Also, it's a renewable resource, like water. Also, America has over 300 years of oil in our reserves. I know this as a fact. So, ND does what it do and bans me... saying, my post was inappropriate??? Yep, the truth is inappropriate.

Also, the read all your personal chats??? They will take them down.. so, you can't talk your neighbors. Honestly, I think ND, Facebook, and Youtube are very dangerous and should be banned.

I found out by scientist that you can destroy Glysophate and other toxic weed killers with Sauerkraut Juice. Everyone knows that Glysophate causes cancers and other life ending disease of plants, humans and animals. I post a reviewed study and video... Of, course they took it down and banned me for 3 weeks??? So, I find this site very dangerous.

I also read that tons of pedeo's are on the site hunting for victims... Please let people know ND isn't a safe site.

Ik zet iedere keer alle mails uit maar eens in de zoveel tijd besluit Nextdoor daar lak aan te hebben en worden (er waarschijnlijk door e.o.a policy wijziging weer mails aangezet) daarbij is het ook zeer raar dat je niet account kunt verwijderen maar alleen kunt laten deactiveren, zodat je hem later weer kunt activeren. Volgens voldoet dit niet aan wetgeving.
