I ordered some dandilion lights thinking they were solar. On arrival they were battery. Rubbish tat plastic bits falling off them . Best bit I can return them for £27.00. I thought i was buying from a UK company wish I had read reveiws before ordering. Value of tat is 19.99. I learnt my lesson check company's out before buying

Eds broken finger
I have received four in the box fingers and 3 of the fingers have been broken. I have another replacement on the way and I feel it will also be broke.
Also the tracking is ok until its turned over to USPS and then no tracking until I get it in the mailbox.
Only good thing is you replaced the broken ones right away. But they also are broken and thats why the 2 stars

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. Bought 2 'hand painted' cat vases. They are only a couple of inches high. You would be lucky to put a daisy in them. Added insult, they don't even stand up as the bottoms are not level. DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS

When contacted to ask for a refund the company’s first response was “did you turn them off & on again” 🤦♂️ (I’m not kidding) followed by requests for videos which I have taken & sent to them but I would not recommend this company. Buy elsewhere

Hanging Climbing Santa
The Santa decoration I purchased was advertised as a moving display. I paid $67.80 for a piece of fabric with sticky tape to keep it in place.
It's shown as a Santa hanging from a window trying to climb up. The only way it will move is if the wind blows. VERY disappointed.

I ordered 3 products, got confirmation that package was shipped but it never arrived. I tried email to the support address to track package but no luck. The phone # listed on order confirmation is not connected. What used to be a good company is now terrible. Will contact my credit card company and cancel the charges. This place is a joke. Ordered items on 31 January and never received items. After many calls and emails finally received tracking numbers then a message saying insufficient funds for postage. Never again.

Company said it was delivered 1/2. Called Post Master. He said it was delivered to a different address and the physical label put on by Next Deal Shopping did not have my address on it. Next Deal Shopping has denied.
Called Postmaster again. Postmaster told me it was a scam. Called my credit card company and disputed the payment of 129,00+
