Waited over 8 days before receiving samples, had to send message and they were eventually sent out. When I received them there was only one sample and I had asked for two. Won't be using the company for any purchases after this bad customer service experience

Samples delivered promptly, and subsequent purchase delivered in perfect condition on the nominated (next) day. All very good.
Excellent communication - I knew exactly when the flooring would arrive and delivery man was really helpful. Flooring looks lovely - that’s one room down and hoping to have the whole property done with this
Great customer service from Chloe S, she has been ever so helpful and fast responding with dealing with my queries. Had a few issues at the start with delivery dates, but she has given me a lot of reassurance and communication to get the job done. Flooring received, love it! Good price and overall good experience. Quick enough to take sale but zero after care. Damaged packs on 1st order. Sent emails snd pictures with no reply. Had no choice but to order 2 further packs to get job finished. No refund given. Would not recomend using this company.

I was struggling to find flooring within my budget and kept comparing prices online. I was a bit nervous because some of the deals seemed much cheaper than elsewhere, but I’m honestly really pleased with what arrived.
