Halfords were £40 cheaper when I emailed nextbase got a very stroppy answer as they already had my money would NEVER BUY DIRECT AGAIN not a very good online company also you have to have the day and time they give you
Engineer was professional and did an excellent job. Took time to explain the types of connection and then explained the operation.

Excellent features. Would be better if: Had an internal battery for park mode and wired through the ignition switch. Phone App could be used away from vehicle to view recordings (buffered in the iCloud)
Fitter fitted the product well
The engineer was first class so helpful, explained everything and did a great job. Explained how to operate the camera and provided some useful tips.
A professional fitting carried by a very capable fitter who did a superb job. The wires are all concealed and the dash cam works perfectly. Helped to get the app to work correctly too.
I opted for home installation and it was one of the reasons I chose to buy from NextBase direct rather than Halfords or other retailer. The idea of a specialist doing this every day over the lucky dip of whoever is working in Halfords was a big selling point. I was contacted to book an appointment the day after buying. I was kept upto date and on day of installation I had an eta and was able to track the installer. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. It took him around an hour. The end result was a great job that I am 100% happy with. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Peter who installed my new Front and Rear dash cams. I was kept informed during the installation and shown how to use the system to its maximum potential. Really pleased and would use the service again for a future install.
No issues so far
Absolutely disgraceful company that Nextbase use as a installation company - RS connect. They don't keep to their appointments, deny previous conversations you have had with them. I have been waiting over a month now and still waiting.
