If the quality is as good as they say, perhaps this should be included as standard?

Have contacted next base regarding a rear camera issue which was resolved exceptionally well by next base but as it was only 2 days old would have expected this under warranty so I haven’t tested the warranty yet

Thank you for leaving a review, we are glad you are enjoying our perks! We are always here for support if needed! Have a lovely day 🙂
I think as a market leader the quality control should now be extending the warranty out to three years. The help desk do great work they offer a return/repair/replace. the warranty should be extended further.

I was not aware that there was one.
As with all tech it can fail. Having the extra year adds piece of mind.
