Firstly, the stand is good and works…
The stand itself is solid — lightweight, sturdy, and works well for portable use.
However, the service is unreliable. Their product page shows a countdown banner promising same-day shipping if you order in time. I did exactly that... and waited 11 days with no updates despite multiple contact attempts. They eventually shipped, apologised, and refunded shipping — but reviews show this is a pattern.
Verdict: Great hardware, but I’d think twice due to fulfillment issues. Room for major improvement on their end.

Amazing product, I'm about to get another one
Gosh, where has this been all my life as a student? As anyone who's 5'8 or taller, the desks and tables are short and I literally have had neck pain for years. No more neck pain anymore thanks to this product, 12" off the ground, higher than any other stand I've been trying to find on Amazon that is also reasonably priced. Shipping was fine from the UK and I love the communication this company provided!! 10/10 would recommend! I feel good about studying again with my 16" MacBook.

für dünne Laptops eher schlecht
Die Halterung tut was sie soll, ist aber für dünne Laptops (insb. MacBookAir) bedingt geeignet. Die beliegenden Clips, um auch dünne Laptops sicher einzuspannen, lösen sich leicht. Ich habe nach nur 3 Monaten Nutzung bereits einen der Clips verloren. Das Gestell ist ohne sehr wackelig. Schade, dass es nicht zwei Versionen gibt, eine für dickere und eine für dünnere Laptops, damit man auf den Clip verzichten kann. Ansonsten ist die Halterung besonders dann gut, wenn man zwischen verschiedenen Höhen wählen will und / oder viel mobil arbeitet.

Zero Stars. I did not receive the product at all. Several weeks went by, and eventually, I received a refund, but I was left very frustrated and disappointed. I hope the company will improve their international shipping terms, especially outside of England, in the future.
