We had seen a Krishna frame on the Nex…
We had seen a Krishna frame on the Nex Home website. We were a bit concerned initially about spending money without actually checking the product, however after discussing with Nex Home team we ordered the product. The product was delivered in 4 days and while the packaging could be improved the quality of the product is excellent. There is no difference between how the Krishna frame looks online and the product delivered. Thank you Nex Home team for building this relationship of trust and the beautiful Krishna frame.

Experience
Due to the transport there is a bend in the product after couple of days only we identify the bend. By the time we have disposed the box and packing material. I approached and explained the issue. Very lovely they replaced the product and informed me to pack the old one in the new arrival box. To be honest the product is very good. Who ever visited my home loved this picture. And their service is great. I have seen so many lovely pic in their website. But feel cost is bit high for my budget. But all good. If I get some lesser price can buy more pic.

The frame delivered was not a shown in the images does not meet the expectation
The images shown are too much over exaggerated , the price vs value doesn't match at this price point the product is not up to the mark , the product in images looked more apelling eye catch shiny glittery glossy 3d but when i received it was just a mat finish simple frame which has no shine , the delivery was done very late almost a week late
Suggestion of the seller - Either the product quality needs to go high or the price needs go down
