The staff I spoke to were friendly and professional however the management uses unscrupulous business practices. I have used this product for about 12 years. This past year they changed the formula. Saw Palmetto was added to the past formula and I was shipped the new product rather than asking me if I wanted to make that change, they just sent it. Well I am not able to take saw palmetto and call them immediately to have them take it back. Bottom line was they out and out refused to pay the shipping charge and since it was eight bottles it cost me $40 to return something I did not order. I called them several times about this and the managers kept refusing to make good for their assumption that I would like the newer version. What this showed me is that this outfit has very poor business standards and screws there long-term customers. I only gave them two stars because of the customer service staff that I spoke to I would have loved to speak to a manager, but they would not get on the phone.

I did not receive an $79.00 order. I notified customer service and they said they'd "look into it". I sent them a copy of my order history which showed the order as "unfulfilled". After not hearing back I followed up and received an email asking for receipts, order numbers, etc. I sent them everything they asked for. Their most recent emails are telling me they "don't have any record of purchases". I made six purchases which were clearly shown on the order history. When I told them that my password didn't work to log in & when I changed my password my order history is gone. I am amazed that a company this size would think it in their best interest to do this. I do plan to file formal complaints but what a waste of my time! I have to assume that if they have this little integrity, that their product is likely worthless as well!
