They changed the text of my article without my permission and without asking me if we agreed with this. They let me pay the highest cost, and before the payment, their support reacted to all emails. The moment this article was only placed on websites we disagreed with and changed my article, they no longer reacted to any email or any other communication attempts!

They are only interested in your payments and make fake promises, and after you pay, they place some part of your text, and then they no longer react.

Don't use it. The support team isn't answering.

We had a terrible experience with NewswireJet. We paid for their press release package that promised distribution to 300+ sites including affiliates of NBC, ABC, and FOX. Not only did our press release not publish at the scheduled time, but we also received no communication or updates after sending multiple emails.

When we finally found our press release days later, it was buried six pages deep in Google search and hosted on obscure, low-traffic sites we’ve never heard of. None of the major networks they advertise — NBC, ABC, or FOX — appeared to have published our release.

We requested a refund multiple times with zero response. The lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. This feels like a bait-and-switch scam, and we want to warn others before they waste their money.

Do NOT trust the promises made on their website — we received none of what we were led to believe we were paying for.

Delayed the distribution without informing me that they would, and failed to publish in outlets they had included in their supposed coverage. Would not use them again.
