I bought the "best" of the rings they sell. Within a week it broke. I contacted customer service and they kept telling me to try the same things that didnt work until they eventually sent me a second ring... which broke within a week and now they are again telling me the same pointless things. I have asked for a refund but they are trying to get out of it. Complete scammers.

I have since my previous post received the £40 refund for the prescription glasses and raised a dispute with my card provider. After several back and forth emails I managed to get a return address to send to, however after paying for a delivery service, the service could not print the label as the address was incorrect. I then asked them to send me a google maps location and address which they did and again after paying for FedEx to collect and deliver and put the address exactly as it was displayed in the email I am now finding that the tracker has said it was an incorrect address. The glasses are now in China but nor at able to be delivered and I’m out of pocket another £25 for delivery. They still claim to be a legitimate business and claim to have provided a correct address.

I bought mine a month ago and so far nothing runs true. I have an apple watch which never matches stats given by smart ring. I left the ring to charge on dining room table overnight and when checking the stats for sleep it claims i had a good sleep 83 - it was being charged so no idea where 83 came from! Don't trust any of the stats. Don't waste money.

Dorodango is the art of crafting a smooth, spherical object from mud, then polishing it to a high sheen. That's this company.

They are based in China not UK. The customer service is useless and threatening. They charge for returns but you'll never get the address in China to send it to anyway (at your own cost). This company is an absolute scam. I did due diligence and read reviews but they must have all been paid for as what I received is useless.

They say you can't polish a turd but this company should be renamed "Dorodango".

No answer to messages and nothing delivered. I'm now taking legal action to recover my money. Part of the problem is with their couriers Evri, who are covering up for them and complicit in this scam.

SCAM - do not buy.
Don't make the same mistake I have, read reviews before buying! if it's too good to be true it often is.
I bought a smart ring from newinone after reading a third party article which listed it as best value for best performance. I suspect this review was paid-for, as the ring I received was in generic, white label type packaging reminiscent Temi/Alibaba. Cheap, plastic rubbish, didn't even plug it in. Not as expected - at all. Absolutely not worth the £149 I paid. They created barriers to return, super threatening tone about 15% extra charges to return to China, fees that are NOT mentioned on their website as you're not allowed to charge such fees to UK & European consumers - do not let them charge you these 'fees'! Raise a dispute with your bank, card provider etc asap.
Kept threatening these charges without giving the return address for at least 5+ email exchanges to attempt to pressure me into keeping it. But they did also say I could keep the ring and they'd send me a different size for free...not sure then why I need to return what is clearly not worth the money for a refund if they can afford to send me two for the price of one!

Selling white label plastic rubbish and horrible to deal with, DO NOT BUY. As for UK-based, absolutely nonsense, all out of China.

First off - THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY! It is based in China. I would say where but they won't tell me, just that the return address is in China. I purchased an item from them which didn't have all the features offered. The company refused to give me the return address and kept suggesting I "keep the product" as maybe an update will add the features required. The return would only be possible if they provide the address in China which I need to pay and accept a 15% overhead for the pleasure of returning their useless item. No way to track the return and they say it would be 5-7 days to process, 48 hours for more processing and then some extra days to process it more even if they admit they received it. Looks like I'm stuck with this plastic nonsense :-(

Please do NOT buy from these people. This a scam website set up to look like a reputable company. AI glasses ordered at a cost of over £200 and what arrived can only be described as a cheap £10 pair of flimsy reading glasses with a Bluetooth function that didn't even work. I immediately asked for the return address to send back but they keep trying to justify the quality of the product and refuse to give me the return address. Have had to resort to a charge back on my credit card which they are also trying to dispute and still not providing a return address. Stay well clear!

My husband purchased a smart ring as a present, we got the sizing kit and selected the size - that all went well but the ring does not function properly - doesn’t record sleep correctly - shows naps when they don’t happen, no HRV reading and even heart rate is so far from my other readings. Have been emailing and asked to return - it seems you can’t they say it has to at your expense be sent back to CHina. They wont refund us at all despite the fact I have sent them photos showing that it isn’t working.
I am reporting them to Trading Standards

I bought this ring because it was an expensive branded ring, but what I received was an unbranded ring, similar to what I could have bought from Temu for $10.
The ring worked for 2 days, then died, it does not charge or bind. I emailed support 4 or 5 times with no real help, so now I am demanding a refund

Absolute scam of a company, Newinone smart ring is the rebranded Detop smart ring which I can only assume they have done due to terrible reviews, which are all justified.
Purchased a ring in March, after two weeks the battery lasted only 8 hours max!! And on closer inspection the battery had swelled on the inside of the ring was seems very dangerous. Contacted Detop/Newinone and after a week of back and forth emails they did replace. The new ring battery was great at the start, but again now it’s only lasting a day maximum even with most features turned off to save battery. Very disappointing experience.
I now realise why they replaced the ring after my first broke, it’s because it doesn’t actually cost anything! Cheap inferior technology.
Don’t waste your time!!!!
Haven’t even bothered asking for a refund as i can’t be bothered to go down that road with this company.
I’ll chalk this one up as a bad experience and move on.
Don’t buy from this company! Even when they change their name again 🙄🙄

The smart ring I ordered was not the one I received, they said it was an upgrade to the one advertised but when I have looked into it the one they sent can be bought for £60, refusing to answer when I ask for the spec details, stay well clear people

Scam- they pretend they are a reputable company. By sending ring sizer and was actually surprised to receive what they claim to be the newinone ring. However appears to be a generic made in china cheap item.
I have been trying to arrange a return for over a week now. They are trying every tactic so I don’t return the item. They are refusing to provide me with a return address.

The fit was perfect when we ordered the sizing kit before buying the ring. The setup with the app was straightforward, and there are no ongoing monthly or annual subscription fees.

The ring felt a little bulky at first - like these smart rings often do - but I quickly got used to it and barely noticed it now. I went for the silver. It still looks fashionable and tracks everything well.

I selected "I'm not sure of my size" option and was promptly sent a set of measurement kits. After getting it, I just scanned the code to send in my size. The whole process was surprisingly fast and simple - I'm quite pleased!

Scam stay clear

Scam, do not buy from them. Refusing cancellation just 20 mins after purchase. Nothing has arrived.
