Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs.
I have been waiting for over a month for a retainer issue to be resolved. After two missing parcels and repeated delays, I am still no closer to a solution.
The retainers themselves are very poor quality and do not match the description provided. They also arrived without the reservoirs that were advertised.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the product and the customer service.

Great!
Have used HappySmile twice before with a good experience. Although on my next purchase I was sent the wrong strength product, they sent me the correct one very soon after I had contacted them.

Great well priced whitening gels
Great well priced whitening gels. I've started using their own brand over the pola brand - just as effective except cheaper. Dropped one star as my last delivery needed me to pay a short payment of postage. This is the first time this has happened so no big deal.
