The owner Matt was very helpful and had a good level of knowledge about each car. He answered my (MANY) questions patiently and allowed me time to look over, under, inside, outside, all around and then do the same 3 more times for 2 different cars with no pressure.

The selection of cars offered were all in excellent condition and presented properly with care, and Matts attention to detail was evident in the level of shine of each one's paintwork, and interior detailing.

Overall after viewing more than 20 cars during my search it was a real pleasure to arrive at a clean and well presented garage where I was given choice and opportunity of cars to view.

If you are wondering yes I did buy from New Automotive and again Matt was very helpful, even replacing the brake light bulbs days after purchase when one failed.

A one stop shop which I will use again when it's time to change the car!

I simply couldn't recommend New Automotive enough.

From the quality of the car itself and the attention to ensuring it was absolutely immaculate when I viewed, and somehow even better when I collected! But also the aftercare I've received with a couple of (very) minor issues on the car. It's a 12 year old car so absolutely expect some issues to crop up, but without question Matt took care of everything for me, and also covered stuff that he didn't really have to.

Communication was great from start to finish, his expertise was second to none and I would genuinely not go anywhere else in the future without at least seeing if Matt could source a car first.

And to top it off he's just a great all-round bloke as well. Hats off to a Stirling experience.

Never met a more genuine a nicer guy than Matt. Absolutely amazing customer service from Start to finish and even after sales. No-one should hesitate to buy a car off him and I've recommended and will keep recommending him to friends and family

Thank you all the people who wrote honest reviews and saved my bacon. I got all excited about the low price on Matt's cars, and the 'fact' that his Fiestas all had FSH and changed cambelts.
The first car I called about had 'been sold that day'(it is still on the website 5 days later), but, no fear, he had another. He sent me pictures via WhatsApp, and it all looked good. Based on the poor reviews here (all the reviews on his website are 5 star, funny that!), I asked him for proof/receipts of the cambelt work (which costs at least £1000 on this model) and a photo of the log book showing full service history. I have heard nothing in 3 days. But, don't worry, he had 4 other people looking at the car (surprising, given that it wasn't listed!)
Oh, and I also MOT checked another car that he has listed. The rego didn't exist! I emailed him about that, but you can guess the response!
Look, he sounds fine on the phone. Maybe he is rushed off his feet. Maybe some of his cars are good. Odds on they are. But I have decided to buy from a Ford dealer, with proven service history and a warranty that will work. I will pay more for this, but rather that than get bent over.

I purchased my car last august from Matt to which I was so nervous about as it was my first car but Matt was fantastic from start to finish made me feel so comfortable going ahead with it and most of all a great person to deal with.When I got the car there was a little issue with the car straight away Matt got it sorted and was so apologetic towards me and my family as we was going to be without the car for a week or so but it was out of his hands but he got it sorted for me I’ve never had any problems with my car.Me and my family are going on holiday next week and I wanted to know something about the car to which I contacted Matt 1 day ago to ask something Matt replied straight away and gave me the answers I was hoping you don’t get many people like Matt around and I highly recommend anyone who is after a car to contact Matt at new automotive his a great person who is Always available anytime to help with anything thank you again Matt from simon and family.

I purchased my sons first car from New Automotive last week,
From the moment I phoned to see if the car was still available Matt was great.
He was never too pushy and answered every question I had.
After viewing a lot of cars from other dealerships and getting there and they wasn’t as described it was a breath of fresh air when I arrived at New Automotive and the car was exactly as described and more.
When you read a couple of negative reviews the same as trip advisor when your going on holiday about people nit picking over silly things it did make me worry but honestly this company was fantastic!
