When the fridge arrived damaged, I requested e-support and Laurellee responded just eight (8) minutes later. She was courteous and helpful and arranged to send a replacement part. But after 72 hours the fridge still would not cool to near the advertised temperature, so she accepted a return without debate.

I initially thought they were helpful. However after selling me a replacement part with suggested instructions, a different looking part arrived and repeated requests have given me no help!!
