Order two change over switch’s on…

Order two change over switch’s on February 7 still says on there website order processing even tho they supposed to have 20 in stock according to there website

There has been a nationwide shortage of these changeover switches following last month’s storm. While we have had these on order for a couple of weeks, they have yet to be delivered. Unfortunately, a technical error over the weekend mistakenly displayed our incoming stock as available on the website.

We are actively following up with Hager to confirm when the next batch will arrive. As soon as we receive them, we will dispatch your order on a next-day delivery service.

Took over 2 weeks for a simple order to…

Took over 2 weeks for a simple order to arrive, order of led lights, sockets and switch’s - standard on the shelf stuff. Half the order was missing and took a further 2 weeks to resolve after multiple phone calls.

I agree that your order didn’t arrive as smoothly as it should have. We completely understand how frustrating delays can be, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

Just to clarify, your order was placed on the 28th, and 14 out of 19 items were dispatched on the 31st via next-day delivery. The tracking shows that the delivery was rescheduled by the receiver and completed on the 5th. The remaining five items - we informed you on the same day that we were sourcing them from our branch network, though I recognise that this is taking longer than expected.

Delays like this are never what we want for our customers. We understand this fell short of the service you should expect, and we truly appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.

No Customer Service

Wanted to return an order. No contact number on website to talk to a human, only gives option to send a message and they will get back to you. Still waiting and still have wrong order.

Bathroom fan heater

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, unfortunately due to a technical error; your order was not received by our warehouse team, your order came through to our system as 'Unpaid' and therefore was not dispatched however I can see that you have in fact made payment and this was an error on our system. We are looking into this with IT to ensure this does not happen again.

I've spoken with the warehouse and they will dispatch this today for you on a next day delivery, to arrive with you tomorrow.
